2017 Accomplishments Removed aging/broken gas fireplace in Clubhouse (kitchen side) Landscaped back of clubhouse Trimmed trees by pool deck Replaced entrance lights with energy efficient LED lights Cleared pool drains at least twice Repaired tennis court fence and electrical box Repaired clubhouse heat/ac duct work Renewed tennis court sign Started Little Free Library (Thank you to Jane McKlveen and to her family and friends!)

Cheshire Forest Committees Neighborhood Watch: Chair: Al Jacobs and Al Crouch Hosts National Night Out in August Has 28 Block Captains Participates in Chesapeake Crime Prevention Council (CCPC) Uses Nextdoor to inform the neighborhood after receiving information from 1 st responders Social Committee: Chair Aimee Curley: irishamc@hotmail.com Arranges many different activities for the community with the help of volunteers. Halloween and Christmas parties, Adult Bash, Chili Cookoff, and many more to include the annual Triathlon.

Liaison with Swim Team for pool scheduling Publishes Annual Pool Rules (Cheshire Chat) Coordinates pool requirements with Management Yard of the Month: Chair: Melissa Dominek and Imelda Barrera YOM selected April October Christmas Yard of the Year selected in December Home Depot/Lowe s gift card issued for each selection Assists with pool pass issuance
