Terms and Conditions Apply and Spend with AEON Credit Cards to get RM25 Cash Back and stand a chance to get Condotti 1.0 Campaign Period: luggage bag (Campaign) 1.1 This Campaign is organized by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad ( AEON Credit ) and will commence from 1 st September 2018 until 30 th November 2018, both dates inclusive ( Campaign Period ). 2.0 Eligibility: 2.1 This Campaign is opened to new AEON principal applicants whose application for eligible AEON Mastercard is approved during this Campaign Period ( Eligible Cardholders ). 2.2 The following are the eligible AEON Mastercard for this Campaign: a) AEON Gold Mastercard Credit Card b) AEON Classic Mastercard Credit Card c) New AEON Gold Mastercard Credit Card d) New AEON Classic Mastercard Credit Card e) AEON Platinum Mastercard Credit Card (Approved starting from 17 September till 30 November 2018 only) 2.3 To participate in this Campaign, an Eligible Cardholders must submit his/her application within the campaign period via any one of the following channels: a) AEON Credit Service Recruiters b) AEON Credit Service Branches c) AEON Credit Service Website d) AEON Credit Service Outsource Agency (exclude RinggitPlus) e) AEON Credit Service Telemarketing 2.4 The following shall not be included as a ELIGIBLE persons to participate in this Campaign: a) any existing principal AEON Credit cardholders of: AEON Platinum Visa/Mastercard Credit Card AEON Gold / Classic Mastercard Credit Card AEON Gold / Classic Visa Credit Card New AEON Gold / Classic Mastercard Credit Card New AEON Gold / Classic Visa Credit Card AEON BiG Gold Visa Credit Card AEON BiG Classic Visa Credit Card Motorcycle Association Affinity Gold Visa Credit Card Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur Credit Card Page 1 of 5
b) any principal AEON Credit cardholders who have cancelled his/her AEON credit card within the last twelve (12) months before the date of application and he/she re-apply for the eligible AEON Credit Card under the Campaign. c) any person who has committed or suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their Card account(s), any facility, service granted by AEON Credit. d) Any person who are financially insolvent or have been adjudicated a bankrupt; e) Permanent, contract and/or temporary employees of AEON Credit Service. 3.0 Campaign mechanics: 3.1 To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Cardholders are required to activate the AEON Credit Card and spend a minimum of RM50 on the 1 st transaction to get RM25 Guaranteed Cash Back ( Cash Back ) and/or 3.2 Eligible Cardholders stand a chance to get a 20 Condotti luggage bag and an anti-theft backpack ( Gift ) upon spending cumulative of RM500 within 60 days from card approval date, based on first come first served basis. 3.3 The first eligible transaction count and amount will not be calculated from cumulative spending of RM500 to qualify to get the Gift referred in clause 3.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the cumulative of RM500 will be calculated from second transactions onwards. 3.4 This Campaign is not applicable for disputed transaction, 0% Installment Payment Plan, Flexi Payment Plan, Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, late payment charges, fraudulent reversals retail transaction and other fees and charges. 3.5 Transactions made by Supplementary Cardholder will be aggregated under Principal Cardholder s account. Only the Principal Cardholder will be entitled to receive Cash Back and/or get the Gift. 4.0 CAMPAIGN REWARD AND FULFILLMENT Cash Back 4.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Cash Back will be credited to Principal s eligible AEON Mastercard Credit Card account upon fulfillment of the conditions stated in clause 3.1 above. 4.2 The Cash Back will be auto fulfilled by the system and will be reflected in the Eligible Cardholder s statement. 5.0 CAMPAIGN REWARD AND FULFILLMENT Gift 5.1 For the purpose of this campaign a total of 650 sets of Gift are allocated per month throughout the Campaign Period. 5.2 Gift will be awarded to Eligible Cardholders who fulfill the condition stated in clause 3.2 based on first-come-first-served basis ( Qualified Cardholders ). 5.3 Qualified Cardholders shall be entitled to get one (1) Gift only. 5.4 Below is the fulfillment period for Qualified Cardholders: Credit Card Approval date 1 September 30 September 2018 1 October 31 October 2018 1 November 30 November 2018 Spending Criteria No of Gift Gift Fulfillment Period Spending cumulative of RM500 within 60 days from 650 sets November 2018 the card approval date. 650 sets December 2018 650 sets January 2019 5.8 The Campaign Item(s) are not transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind. 5.9 Gift are given on an As Is basis. Visuals of the gift shown in printed materials and/or website are for illustration purpose only. Such visuals may not depict the actual colour, model of specifications of the Gift and does not include any additional accessories. 5.10 AEON Credit Service makes no representation or warranty with respect to quality and/or suitability of the Gift and shall not be responsible to replace any lost, stolen or defective Gift due to defects is materials or workmanship by manufacturer under warranty or otherwise. The Qualified Cardholders shall directly deal with the authorized Gift vendor for this campaign, JCMS ProRewards Sdn Bhd for such warranty information or claim without recourse to AEON Credit Service. 5.11 If the Qualified Cardholders are not contactable after 3 (three) attempts, AEON Credit Service reserves the right to disqualify the Qualified Cardholders. 5.12 If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the Gift, the Qualified Cardholders are required to contact AEON Credit Customer Service at 03 2719 9999 by 31 January 2019 at the latest to request an inquiry. No request for any inquiry will be entertained thereafter. 6.0 Tracking and notification process: 6.1 Campaign will be monitored based on Eligible Cardholders transactions in AEON Credit Service system and Qualified Cardholders will be selected through a computerized process based on mechanics stated in clause 4.0 and 5.0 that have been recorded during the Campaign Period. 6.2 Qualified Cardholders will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or any other method(s) deemed suitable by AEON Credit Service after their names have been published on AEON Credit Service website. 6.3 Gift will be retained for two (2) months from the date of announcement of Qualified Cardholders at AEON Credit website and will be forfeited if not claimed within the stipulated period. Details of the Qualified Cardholders(name and truncated identification number) will be available at www.aeoncredit.com.my (AEON Credit Website) based on the fulfilment period stated in clause 5.4. 6.4 AEON Credit Service will not be responsible if the contact number and/or address in AEON Credit Service database is not updated or incorrect. 6.5 AEON Credit reserves the rights to select any additional Winner to substitute any Qualified Cardholder who may be ineligible or disqualified for any other reason whatsoever throughout the Campaign Period. 6.6 At the time of awarding Cash Back and / or Gift, the Principal AEON Credit Card account of the Cardholders must be active, prompt and in good standing. 7.0 Other Terms & Conditions: 7.1 AEON Credit shall have the sole and absolute discretion to vary the date and the frequency of fulfilment of the Cash Back and/or Gift. The fulfilment may be withdrawn or cancelled by AEON Credit at its sole and absolute discretion if any transaction made by the Eligible Cardholder under this Campaign is void, cancelled and/or fraudulent. 7.2 All Eligible Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions contain herein and AEON Credit reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend and/or terminate the Campaign or vary the terms and conditions of the Campaign without stating any reasons to the Eligible Cardholders. 7.3 AEON Credit shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of sales transactions by MasterCard International Incorporated, merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party which may result in the Eligible Cardholders being omitted from the fulfillment process. 7.4 AEON Credit reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by AEON Credit shall not entitle the Eligible Cardholders to any claim or compensation against AEON Credit for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholders whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 7.5 AEON Credit s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding on all Eligible Cardholders. No further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be considered by AEON Credit. 7.6 AEON Credit reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Cardholders from receiving the Cash Back and/or Gift in the event the Eligible Cardholders do not comply with any of these terms and conditions, or has committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their AEON Credit Card and / or any transactions made thereof. 7.7 AEON Credit shall not be liable in any way whatsoever, for any event arising from any acts of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, technical or system failures of any kind, unauthorized human intervention and electronic or human error in the administration and processing of the Cash Back and Gift fulfilment. 7.8 AEON Credit expressly excludes and disclaims any, representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Gift. 7.9 The terms and conditions herein shall supersede any previous terms and conditions stated in any other promotional or advertising materials. 7.11 The terms and conditions herein shall apply to and be read together with the provisions in the AEON Credit Card Terms & Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions herein and those contained in the AEON Credit Terms & Conditions, the terms and conditions set out herein shall prevail in so far as they apply to this Campaign. 7.12 In no event shall AEON Credit nor any of its officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by AEON Credit for purposes of the Contest) be liable to any person participating in this Contest for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign. 7.13 The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia. 7.14 By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Cardholder agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions stated therein.
