TERMS AND CONDITIONS RHB SMART MOVE BALANCE TRANSFER (BT) PROGRAMME 1. The RHB Bank Berhad (Company No. 6171-M) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (Company No. 680329- V) herein will be referred to as RHB or the Bank. PROGRAMME PERIOD 2. The RHB Smart Move Balance Transfer (BT) Programme (hereinafter referred to as Programme ) is from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2019, both dates inclusive (hereinafter referred to as Programme Period ). ELIGIBILITY 3. Holders of any credit card/-i(s) issued by RHB (hereinafter referred to as Cardmember(s) ) are invited by RHB to apply for a transfer of outstanding balances including principal, accrued interest/actual management fee, finance and other charges as shown in the latest corresponding account statements (hereinafter referred to as Outstanding Balances ) from card accounts relating to any other credit card/-i or charge cards held by the Cardmember(s) (except any RHB credit card/-i(s)) (hereinafter referred to as Other Card Accounts ) to any of the Bank s credit card/-i account held in the Cardmember's name (RHB Credit Card/-i Account) (hereinafter referred to as Balance Transfer ). All RHB Supplementary Cards, Business Cards and Virtual Cards are not eligible for this Programme. 4. This Programme is only open to principal (other than RHB Bank Berhad) Cardmember(s) of credit card/- i(s) / cards issued by Malaysian financial institutions and card issuing companies billed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).There will be no additional separate account created for the Cardmember(s) for the purpose of Balance Transfer, therefore the existing credit limit approved for the Cardmember's RHB Credit Card/-i Account will be shared with this Balance Transfer and all other supplementary cards issued. The Balance Transfer Programme is not a credit limit increase and it is only to be used as transferred balances from other card issuers. PROGRAMME CONDITIONS 5. Under this Programme, the Cardmember(s) are allowed to Balance Transfer up to a maximum limit of 80%* of the Cardmember(s) s available RHB Credit Card/-i Account limit subject to minimum Balance Transfer amount of RM1,000. * The interest/actual management fee and other charges (if any) will be calculated and posted into Cardmember(s) account at the end of statement cycle, therefore all interest/actual management fee and other charges will be added-up with the total credit limit used. 6. The Bank shall not be liable to the Cardmember(s) for any transactions credited into the wrong account due to the wrong information disclosed by the eligible Cardmember(s) when applying for the Balance Transfer. 7. Three transfer plans available under the Balance Transfers Installment Plan or also known as BT Installment Plan: Plan 613 - Interest/actual management fee is chargeable at 4.00% for 12 months payment period. Transferred amount of RM1,000 with an interest/actual management fee charge of 4.00% for a 12 month installment plan; the monthly installment is computed as [RM1,000 + (RM1,000 x 4.00%)] / 12 months = RM86.67 per month. The payment quantum will be 12 equal monthly installments amount. Plan 411 - interest/actual management fee is chargeable at 7.00% for 18 months payment period. Transferred amount of RM1,000 with an interest/actual management fee charge of 7.00% for a 18 month installment plan; the monthly installment is computed as [RM1,000 + (RM1,000 x 7.00%)] / 18 months = RM59.45 per month. The payment quantum will be 18 equal monthly installments amount. Terms and Conditions (Plan G) 2019 Page 1

Plan 615 - interest/actual management fee is chargeable at 10.99% for 24 months payment period. Transferred amount of RM1,000 with an interest/actual management fee charge of 10.99% for a 24 month installment plan; the monthly installment is computed as [RM1,000 + (RM1,000 x 10.99%)] / 24 months = RM46.25 per month. The payment quantum will be 24 equal monthly installments amount. 8. Effective rate:- Plan 613 for 12 months payment plan, 7.30% per annum. Plan 411 for 18 months payment plan, 8.67% per annum. Plan 615 for 24 months payment plan, 10.22% per annum. 9. Interest/actual management fee for the plan is charged upfront and monthly installment amount is computed based on the interest/actual management fee amount charged together with the total amount transferred divided by total payment months. 10. All applications are subject to the Bank s prior approval and the Terms and Conditions herein. The Bank reserves the right to determine the Outstanding Balances allowed to be transferred (hereinafter referred to as Approved Balance ) with prior acceptance of the Cardmember(s). 11. The Bank shall not be liable to the Cardmember(s) for any transactions rejected by merchants due to unavailability of the amounts retained pursuant to this clause. 12. Prior to approval of the BT Installment Plan, the Cardmember(s) shall continue to be liable to make payment to their Other Card Account in accordance with the terms governing the same. The Cardmember(s) shall be directly liable for interest/actual management fee on any overdue payment or any other finance or other charges incurred as a result of the Cardmember(s) s and/or the Bank s failure or delay in making payment before or after the Bank s approval of the Cardmember s application for the Balance Transfer. 13. The Approved Balance will reduce the available credit limit of the Cardmember(s) accordingly. An Short Message System ( SMS ) notification will be sent to the Cardmember(s) advising him/her whether or not his/her application for the BT Installment Plans has been approved. In the event an application is approved, payment to Other Credit Account will be made in the manner provided herein. 14. Upon application and approval for the BT Installment Plans, the Cardmember(s) are deemed to be responsible in servicing the monthly installment amount. The monthly installment amount is posted into the Cardmember(s) s credit card/-i account to be accumulated to the total outstanding balance and subject to the minimum payment amount of 5% of the total outstanding balance. 15. If Cardmember(s) choose to pay the minimum amount of 5% or part of the credit card/-i total outstanding balance, the remaining balance (including the balance of Balance Transfer monthly principal amount if any; is chargeable at 1.25%, 1.42% or 1.5% per month on daily rest depending at which revolving tiers of the Cardmember(s) account. (Clause 12.1(c) of RHB Bank Berhad/Clause 13.1(c) of RHB Islamic Bank VISA / MasterCard Cardmember(s) Agreement or also known as Cardholder Agreement ). The remaining balance refers to the outstanding balance that exclude interest/actual management fee, finance charges and other relevant fees. 16. In the event Cardmember(s) fails to pay the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date or if the payment is not received by the Bank in full or before payment due date as specified in the aforesaid statement, a late payment charge of 1% of the Card Account on the outstanding balance, subject to a maximum of RM100 will be imposed and stated in the monthly statement. 17. In the event Cardmember(s) wants to do an early settlement of the Balance Transfer, the Cardmember(s) will not be charged with any early exit fee. However, the Cardmember(s) will be charged the total amount owed to RHB, which includes the outstanding principle and interest/actual management fee as final payment. 18. Reward Points and Cash Back will not be awarded under this Programme, unless stated otherwise. Terms and Conditions (Plan G) 2019 Page 2

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 19. RHB reserves the right to add, delete, alter or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time with at least twenty one (21) days prior notice and they shall become effective on such date as the Bank may elect to adopt. At the discretion of the Bank, notice of such additions or modifications or amendments may be effected by:- displaying the same at the premises of the Bank or its Branch offices or by mailing the aforesaid notice to the Cardmember(s); or by sending notice of the same by SMS or electronic mail to the Cardmember(s) or by posting the notice of the same on RHB s website. Such amendments and alterations shall be effective and binding on the Cardmember(s) with effect from the date of the amendments or alterations. In the event of any dispute relating to the Terms and Conditions, the determination and decision of the Bank shall be final, binding and conclusive. 20. Other terms and conditions as stipulated in the RHB Cardholder Agreement shall apply. 21. RHB reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to cancel or suspend the Programme anytime or from time to time with notice or reference to the Cardmember(s) and without assigning any reason whatsoever. 22. These terms and conditions are in addition to the provisions of the Cardholder Agreement and in the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the provisions of the Cardholder Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the Programme. TERMA DAN SYARAT PROGRAM SMART MOVE BALANCE TRANSFER (BT) RHB 1. RHB Bank Berhad (No. Syarikat 6171-M) dan RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (No. Syarikat 680329-V) dirujuk sebagai RHB atau pihak Bank. TEMPOH PROGRAM 2. Program Smart Move Balance Transfer (BT) RHB ( Program ) bermula dari 1 Januari 2019 dan berakhir pada 30 June 2019, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh yang dinyatakan ( Tempoh Program ). KELAYAKAN 3. Pemegang sebarang kad kredit/-i yang dikeluarkan oleh RHB (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai Ahli Kad ) adalah dipelawa oleh RHB untuk memohon memindahkan baki tertunggak (termasuk jumlah pokok, faedah terakhir/yuran pengurusan sebenar, caj pembiayaan atau caj-caj lain seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam penyata akaun terkini) (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai Baki Tertunggak ) dari akaun kad yang berkait dengan kad kredit/-i atau kad caj lain yang dipegang oleh Ahli Kad (kecuali kad kredit/-i RHB) (Akaun Kad Lain) ke sebarang akaun kad kredit RHB atas nama Ahli Kad (Akaun Kad Kredit/-i RHB) (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai Pemindahan Baki ). Kad Sampingan, Kad Eksekutif dan Kad Virtual RHB adalah tidak layak untuk Program ini. 4. Program ini hanya dibuka kepada Ahli Kad utama (selain daripada RHB Bank Berhad) bagi kad kredit/-i yang dikeluarkan oleh institusi kewangan Malaysia dan syarikat pengeluar kad yang dibil dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Tiada akaun tambahan akan dibuka secara berasingan kepada Ahli Kad bagi tujuan Pemindahan Baki, oleh itu, jumlah had kredit sedia ada yang telah diluluskanbagi Akaun Kad Kredit/-i RHB Ahli Kad akan dikongsi bersama dengan Pemindahan Baki dan juga semua kad tambahan yang dikeluarkan. Program Pemindahan Baki ini bukan peningkatan had kredit dan ia hanya digunakan untuk pemindahan baki dari pengeluar kad yang lain. SYARAT-SYARAT PROGRAM 5. Di bawah Program ini, Ahli Kad dibenarkan membuat Pemindahan Baki sehingga had maksima sebanyak 80% * dari Kad Kredit/-i RHB yang tersedia untuk Ahli Kad dan tertakluk kepada jumlah minima Pindahan Baki sebanyak RM1,000. * Faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar dan lain lain caj (sekiranya ada) akan dikira dan diposkan ke dalam akaun Ahli Kad di akhir kitaran penyata, maka semua faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar dan lain lain caj akan ditambah dengan jumlah kredit yang digunakan. 6. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada Ahli Kad untuk apa-apa transaksi yang dikreditkan ke dalam akaun yang salah akibat daripada maklumat salah yang diberikan oleh Ahli Kad semasa memohon untuk Pemindahan Baki. 7. Tiga Pelan pemindahan disediakan untuk Pelan Pemindahan Baki Ansuran: Pelan 613 - Faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar sebanyak 4.00% dicajkan untuk pembayaran selama 12 bulan. Amaun Pemindahan Baki RM1,000 dengan faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar sebanyak 4.00% untuk pembayaran selama 12 bulan secara ansuran, ansuran bulanan dikira sebagai [RM1,000 + (RM1,000 x 4.00%)] / 12 bulan = RM86.67 sebulan. Amaun ansuran pembayaran pada kadar sama setiap bulan untuk jangkamasa selama 12 bulan. Pelan 411 - Faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar sebanyak 7.00% dicajkan untuk pembayaran selama 18 bulan. Amaun Pemindahan Baki RM1,000 dengan faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar sebanyak 7.00% untuk pembayaran selama 18 bulan secara ansuran, ansuran bulanan dikira sebagai [RM1,000 + (RM1,000 x 7.00%)] / 18 bulan = RM59.45 sebulan. Amaun ansuran pembayaran pada kadar sama setiap bulan untuk jangkamasa selama 18 bulan. Terms and Conditions (Plan G) 2019 Page 4

Pelan 615 - Faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar sebanyak 10.99% dicajkan untuk pembayaran selama 24 bulan. Amaun Pemindahan Baki RM1,000 dengan faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar sebanyak 10.99% untuk pembayaran selama 24 bulan secara ansuran, ansuran bulanan dikira sebagai [RM1,000 + (RM1,000 x 10.99%)] / 24 bulan = RM46.25. Amaun ansuran pembayaran pada kadar sama setiap bulan untuk jangkamasa selama 24 bulan. 8. Kadar Efektif:- Pelan 613 untuk pelan pembayaran selama 12 bulan, 7.30% setahun. Pelan 411 untuk pelan pembayaran selama 18 bulan, 8.67% setahun. Pelan 615 untuk pelan pembayaran selama 24 bulan, 10.22% setahun. 9. Faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar untuk pelan yang diluluskan akan dicaj kehadapan dan amaun pembayaran bulanan berdasar kepada amaun faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar dicaj dan amaun pindahan dibahagikan kepada jumlah bulan pembayaran. 10. Kesemua permohonan adalah tertakluk pada kelulusan pihak Bank terlebih dahulu serta Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat di dalam ini. Pihak Bank berhak menentukan Baki Tertunggak yang boleh dipindahkan (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai Baki yang Diluluskan ). 11. Pihak Bank tidak bertanggungjawab kepada Ahli Kad bagi apa-apa urus niaga yang ditolak oleh peniaga kerana kerana ketiadaan jumlah terkumpul di bawah fasal ini. 12. Sebelum kelulusan untuk Pelan Pemindahan Baki Ansuran diterima, Ahli Kad hendaklah terus bertanggungjawab membuat pembayaran ke Akaun Kad Lain mengikut terma-terma yang menentukannya. Ahli Kad hendaklah bertanggungjawab secara langsung terhadap faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar atas sebarang bayaran yang lampau tempoh atau sebarang caj kewangan atau caj lain yang ditanggung akibat kegagalan atau kelewatan Ahli Kad dan/atau pihak Bank dalam membuat pembayaran sebelum atau selepas pihak Bank meluluskan permohonan Ahli Kad untuk pindahan baki. 13. Baki yang diluluskan akan mengurangkan had kredit Ahli Kad yang layak dengan sewajarnya. Sistem pesanan ringkas (SMS) pemberitahuan akan dihantar kepada Ahli Kad untuk memaklumkan sama ada permohonan Ahli Kad untuk Pelan Pemindahan Baki Ansuran telah diluluskan. Sekiranya permohonan telah diluluskan, pembayaran ke Akaun Kad lain akan dibuat mengikut cara yang diperuntukkan di sini. 14. Setelah permohonan diluluskan untuk Pelan Pemindahan Baki Ansuran, Ahli Kad dianggap bertanggungjawab dalam memastikan jumlah ansuran bulanan dibayar. Jumlah ansuran bulanan yang didebitkan ke dalam akaun kad kredit Ahli Kad akan disatukan dengan jumlah keseluruhan baki tertunggak dan tertakluk kepada pembayaran minima sebanyak 5% dari jumlah baki tertunggak. 15. Sekiranya Ahli Kad memilih untuk membuat pembayaran minima 5% atau sebahagian daripada jumlah baki kad kredit tertunggak, jumlah yang ditinggalkan (termasuk baki ansuran bulanan prinsipal Pemindahan Baki sekiranya ada) akan dicaj di antara 1.25%, 1.42% atau 1.5% sebulan pada kadar harian bergantung kepada peringkat kitaran akaun Ahli Kad (fasal 12.1(c) Perjanjian RHB Bank Berhad/fasal 13.1 (c) Perjanjian RHB Islamic Bank dan Ahli Kad VISA MasterCard atau juga disebut sebagai Perjanjian Ahli Kad ). Baki selebihnya merujuk kepada baki pembiayaan yang tidak termasuk faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar, caj kewangan dan fi lain yang berkaitan. 16. Sekiranya Ahli Kad gagal membayar bayaran bulanan minima yang perlu dibayar pada tarikh matang atau jika bayaran tidak terima oleh pihak Bank sepenuhnya atau sebelum tarikh matang perlu dibuat sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam penyata tersebut, 1% daripada baki tertunggak berdasarkan tarikh penyata, sehingga jumlah maksimum RM100 akan dicaj dan dinyatakan dalam penyata bulanan. 17. Sekiranya Ahli Kad menjelaskan semua baki di bawah Pemindahan Baki sebelum tarikh matangnya, Ahli Kad tidak akan dikenakan sebarang penalti. Walau bagaimanapun, Ahli Kad akan dicaj amaun prinsipal Pemindahan Baki yang masih tertunggak sebagai bayaran akhir, termasuk amaun faedah/yuran pengurusan sebenar. 18. Mata Ganjaran dan Pulangan Tunai tidak akan diberikan di bawah Program ini, kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya. TERMA-TERMA DAN SYARAT-SYARAT AM 19. RHB berhak untuk menambah, memadam, mengubah atau meminda terma-terma dan syarat- syarat pada bila-bila masa dengan notis dua puluh satu (21) hari dan ia akan berkuatkuasa pada tarikh yang dipilih oleh pihak Bank. Mengikut budi bicara pihak Bank, notis mengenai penambahan atau pengubahsuaian atau pindaan akan disalurkan melalui:- paparan notis yang sama di premis Bank atau di pejabat cawangannya atau menghantar notis tersebut kepada Ahli Kad; atau dengan menghantar notis yang sama melalui khidmat pesanan ringkas atau mel elektronik kepada Ahli Kad atau dengan mempamerkan notis yang sama di laman web RHB. Sebarang pindaan dan gubalan akan berkuatkuasa dan mengikat Ahli Kad berkuatkuasa dari tarikh pindaan dan gubalan. Sebarang pertikaian yang timbul berikutan Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat, adalah ketentuan dan keputusan muktamad pihak Bank. 20. Terma-terma & syarat-syarat yang terkandung di dalan Perjanjian Ahli Kad RHB adalah terpakai. 21. RHB berhak atas budi bicara tunggal dan mutlaknya tanpa apa-apa tanggungjawab untuk membatalkan atau menggantung Program pada bila-bila masa atau dari semasa ke semasa dengan notis atau rujukan kepada Ahli Kad dan tanpa memberikan apa-apa sebab. 22. Terma dan syarat ini adalah tambahan kepada peruntukan Perjanjian Ahli Kad dan sekiranya berlaku ketidakselarasan antara terma dan syarat ini dan peruntukan Perjanjian Ahli Kad, terma dan syarat ini akan terpakai selagi ia memohon kepada Program.
