ABOUT DOMINIUM TRACK RECORD We are a team of property market professionals, operating in the property finance and management sector for decades, with several hundred million euros of property under management. We have been involved in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency since 2012 and have been working towards Dominium since 2016. BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY We have been researching blockchain technology since 2012. We looked at Bitcoin style blockchains and Ethereum, but found them to be unsuitable for our needs due to energy consumption levels and bloat issues. With the emergence of the ARDOR technology, which provides transparency and decentralisation at a low cost and high transaction speed, we decided it was the right time to build Dominium. FUNCTIONING PLATFORM The Dominium platform has been self-funded and under development since 2017. The platform can already be used to register and pass AML/KYC and create assets. We are currently beta-testing and the anticipated launch will be towards the end of 2018, following a few more months of final development, licence applications and translation. EXISTING ASSETS The Dominium platform is not a developing technology which hopes for real clients. It has been created by industry professionals and will be populated with their property assets and investors at launch. SELF-SUFFICIENCY EXPLAINED Funds are being raised through a PRE-ITO (Initial Token Offering) and an ITO where Dominium tokens (DOM) are being offered. REGULAR TOKEN BURN EXPLAINED All DOM tokens collected from the applicable fees on the platform and the buy back program will be collected in a multi-signature account where the supervisor, Confidon, is a signatory. This means that collected tokens will be automatically taken out of circulation and the tokens will be burned regularly. The burns will be audited and made public. The burn program ensures a diminishing amount of DOM tokens and as such should increase their value. This makes the DOM token one of the few tokens that does not have an increasing supply over time! 13
