3 Abstract The blockchain is yet to make a significant breakout as a global exchange s base. Transparency, safety, and anonymity should be the values taken as the priorities for new exchanges on the market. ExchangeCoin was created to be a leader in this industry as we plan to incorporate all the useful features from centralized exchanges and enrich them with all the advantages that come with blockchain technology.

4 About ExchangeCoin The idea for ExchangeCoin (EXCC) was born during the creation of CryptoXchanger - cryptoxchanger.net. Our development team had to register and integrate a dozen exchanges into our platform. Some exchanges required verification, and some did not even have API for all the currencies we wanted to incorporate into the exchanger. The creation of a blockchainbased cryptocurrency exchange became our dream, and now we want it to make it come true. The primary goal of our new exchange will be the incorporation of all functional features that offer centralized exchanges, as follows: User friendly/intuitive interface Timeline chart with multiple analytic tools Stop-limit orders

5 We would like to enrich all the above features with the advantages that come with blockchain technology: Decentralization - The data is not kept on a single server, but is shared among all the users. It means that a decentralized exchange cannot be taken down, even by government. Safety - There is no 3rd party you must entrust your money to, each user holds the private keys of their icons. Anonimity - No need to register, all you will need is a client software (or our website) and a wallet address. P2P - All transactions are person to person, and there is no 3rd party involved. Security - Multi-signature gateway software that protects the network from unauthorized transactions. Transparency - All deposits, withdrawals, and order books will be stored on the blockchain. There is no place for exchanges manipulation.

6 Speed - We plan to project a blockchain that can process up to transactions per second with an average confirmation time of just 5 seconds. Cross-Chain transactions - This point is challenging as transactions between different blockchains are not straightforward. Some other projects have already succeeded in atomic swaps, so we know it is possible. VPN - Many countries have firewalls and ban their residents from some services. We plan to integrate VPN into the client, so that anybody can have access at all times. It will also increase the anonymity of our service.

7 Why choose ExchangeCoin No trade limits - Currently centralized exchanges decide which currencies pairs are traded. ExchangeCoin will allow trading any coin pairs that are listed. Also, there will be no transaction limits. Flat and low transaction fee - Despite others we will not charge withdrawal fees as money will not be sent to our accounts. We plan to introduce only a small transaction fee - 0.1%. No manipulation - Order book, as well as all the transactions, will be stored in the blockchain and will be available to check by everybody within the block explorer. It will stop the orders that might be just an exchange manipulation (don t have coverage in cash). EXCC bonuses - We plan to reward EXCC holders once the exchange is operating. The initial plan says that holders will receive 20% transaction fees gained by ExchangeCoin. More information will be announced closer to date. Multiple your investment - EXCC is not only an exchange project. We are not like the others, and that is why we offer investment opportunities to everybody. Right now, CryptoXchanger (ExchangeCoin founder) provides a very generous investment return in a relatively short time.

11 ICO EXCC ICO has been announced in two principal purposes: raise funds to create the decentralized exchange; and give EXCC holders opportunities to gain profits from planned investment and mining programs, trading and dividends in the future. The ICO is divided into six rounds that will be at five-day intervals. The wholesale will take 30 days. If any of the batches are not sold out entirely at the end of the designated frame, the remaining unsold EXCC will be added to the next batch. It not all the EXCC coins are sold by the end of the last batch, CryptoXchanger reserves the right to decide what to do with any unsold amount.
