The final terms and conditions will be documented in the form of letter of offer and/or facility agreement AmBank Islamic Berhad Accepted Bills-i ( AB-i ) Export/Sales Date: 1. What is this product about? AB-i Export/Sales is a negotiable bill of exchange drawn ( Product / Facility ) by you to your order and accepted by AmBank Islamic Berhad ( the Bank ) to finance a sale of goods whereby the Bank purchases the debt from you and payable on a specified future date. AB-i is governed by Accepted Bills-i Guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia. 2. What are the Shariah concepts applicable? The Shariah concept applicable for AB-i Sales is Bai al-dayn (sale of debt). It refers to sale of debt arising from a deferred payment trade transaction. It is a financing facility whereby the Bank purchases the customer s right to the debt, which is normally securitized in the form of bill of exchange. 3. What do I get from this product? You will be provided with facility that can assist to fund your business s working capital with key features as follows (a) Tenure: Up to 180 days (b) Profit Rate structure: Fixed (one-time benchmark against Islamic Cost of Fund (COF) and any other applicable reference rate. (c) Currency: Malaysian Ringgit Formula for Purchase Price (financing amount) calculation: Purchase Price = Invoice value minus Profit Amount Formula for profit amount calculation: Profit Amount = Invoice value x Profit Rate x Tenure / 365* Note: *Day count convention shall follow leap year. (a) You are required to ensure invoice value is settled on maturity date. (b) You are required to ensure sufficient funds in your current account with us to debit payment of the financing and applicable fees and charges. (c) You are required to ensure your assets/goods in the invoices are Shariah-compliant. (d) You are required to ensure your facility limit is active and adequate for utilisation. 5. Stamp Duty As per Stamp Duty Act 1949 (Revised 1989) 1

The fees and charges are exclusive of any taxes, including but not limited to, goods and services tax, value added tax, consumption tax, consumer tax, indirect tax, service tax, sales tax, duties, levies or any other taxes ("Taxes") which may now be or hereafter imposed by the Government of Malaysia. 6. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? (a) In the event that you refuse or fail to perform your financial obligations to pay or such other obligations under the Facility, the Bank shall be entitled to declare an event of default whereupon the Facility will be terminated and you shall pay the Bank all outstanding amount under the Facility. (b) In addition to the above, in the event that you refuse or fail to pay any amount on its due dates, you shall pay the Bank late payment charges on such amount due and unpaid at the following rates:- No. Applicable Period Late Payment Charges Rate On the Amount 1 Prior to maturity date 1% per annum, calculated on daily basis 2 After maturity date Islamic Interbank Money Market ( IIMM ) rate per annum calculated on daily basis. 3 After AmBank Islamic had obtained court judgment against the customer At IIMM rate per annum calculated on daily basis from the date of court judgment to the settlement date. On outstanding balance, to be calculated from the date of cancellation until full settlement of the outstanding balance On the outstanding balance, to be calculated from the date of maturity until full settlement. On the outstanding balance (excluding legal costs and late payment charges as stated in the judgment), to be calculated from the date of judgment until full settlement of the judgment sum. Note: i. Late payment charges shall not be compounded. ii. Total late payment charges shall not be more than the outstanding principal. iii. Late payment charges and method of calculation thereof are subject to change as may be prescribed by Bank Negara Malaysia. iv. Outstanding balance refers to outstanding principal and earned profit. v. Late payment charges are cumulative and subject to the applicable period. (a) Right to set-off: AmBank Islamic has the right to utilise any credit balance in your account(s) maintained with the Bank to settle any payment in arrears under the Facility subject to notice to you.. (b) AmBank Islamic has the right to commence legal action against you and guarantor (if any) and/or liquidate/foreclose the collateral provided (if any) to recover any amount due but unpaid under the Facility. (c) Legal action against you may affect the credit rating leading to credit being more difficult or expensive. 7. What if I fully settle the facility before its maturity? AB-i can only be settled earlier than its maturity date where the draft is not sold in the secondary market. In case of full payment before the maturity, Hibah (gift) may be given to you. 8. Do I need any takaful coverage? Yes, takaful coverage is required to adequately protect the assets/goods. You may choose to take the takaful coverage with any takaful company deemed acceptable by AmBank Islamic. 9. What are the major risks? (e) In the event of non-payment, AmBank Islamic has recourse on you for the unpaid financing. (a) AmBank Islamic may take legal action if you do not keep up with your payment. 10. Do I need a guarantor or collateral? (a) A guarantor(s) is to be provided if required. (b) Collateral is to be provided if required and must be acceptable to Shariah. Note: The requirements above are depending on your creditworthiness. 11. What do I need to do if there is change(s) to contact details? It is important that you inform us of any change in your contact details to ensure all correspondences reach you in a timely manner. Apakah yang saya perlu ketahui mengenai produk ini? AB-i adalah bil pertukaran yang boleh dirundingkan ( Produk/Fasiliti ) yang dikeluarkan oleh anda berdasarkan pesanan anda dan diterima oleh AmBank Islamic Berhad ( Bank ) untuk membiayai penjualan barangan di mana Bank membeli hutang daripada anda yang akan dibayar pada tarikh yang ditetapkan pada masa hadapan. 2. Apakah konsep Syariah yang diguna pakai? Konsep Syariah yang digunakan untuk AB-i Eksport/Jualan ialah Bai 'al-dayn (penjualan hutang). Bai 'al-dayn merujuk kepada penjualan hutang yang timbul daripada transaksi perdagangan secara pembayaran tertunda. AB-i Eksport/Jualan adalah kemudahan pembiayaan di mana Bank membeli hak pelanggan terhadap satu-satu hutang yang biasanya telah disekuritikan dalam bentuk bil pertukaran. 3. Apakah yang akan saya dapat dari produk ini? Anda akan diberikan kemudahan yang boleh membantu membiayai modal kerja perniagaan anda dengan ciri-ciri utama seperti berikut: (a) Tempoh: sehingga 180 hari (b) Struktur Kadar Keuntungan: Tetap (Diukur rujuk sekali kepada Kadar Kos Dana Islam dan Pembiayaan Asas (c) Mata Wang: Ringgit Malaysia Formula pengiraan Harga Belian (jumlah pembiayaan): Harga Belian = Nilai Invois tolak jumlah keuntungan Formula pengiraan jumlah keuntungan: Jumlah Keuntungan = Nilai Invois x kadar keuntungan x tempoh / 365* Nota: *Konvensyen kiraan hari hendaklah mengikut tahun lompat. Apakah peranan dan tanggungjawab saya? (a) Anda hendaklah memastikan nilai invois diselesaikan pada tarikh matang. (b) Anda dikehendaki memastikan dana yang mencukupi dalam akaun semasa anda dengan kami untuk mendebit pembayaran pembiayaan dan yuran dan caj yang dikenakan. (c) Anda dikehendaki memastikan aset / barangan anda dalam invois adalah patuh Syariah. (d) Anda dikehendaki memastikan had kemudahan anda adalah aktif dan mencukupi untuk digunakan. 4

5. Apakah yuran dan caj yang dikenakan ke atas saya? No. Jenis Fi dan Caj Tarif 1 Komisen Penerimaan Seperti surat tawaran. Min: RM50. 2 Pembayaran pelbagai (bilangan pembayaran 3 dan ke atas) RM50 rata. 3 Nilai transaksi di bawah RM100,000 RM100 rata. 4 Pembayaran RENTAS / GIRO Antara Bank RM2 rata. 5 Pos / Pos Berdaftar Dalam Malaysia: RM5 rata. Di luar Malaysia: RM20 rata. 6 Perkhidmatan Kurier Dalam Malaysia: RM15 rata. Di luar Malaysia: Bergantung kepada destinasi. 7 Duti Setem Seperti Akta Duti Setem 1949 (Pindaan 1989). Sebut harga fi dan caj yang dinyatakan adalah tidak termasuk apa-apa cukai, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada, cukai barang dan perkhidmatan, cukai tambah nilai, cukai penggunaan, cukai pengguna, cukai tidak langsung, cukai perkhidmatan, cukai jualan, duti, levi atau apa-apa cukai lain ("Cukai") yang mungkin sekarang atau selepas ini dikenakan Kerajaan Malaysia. 6. Bagaimana sekiranya saya gagal melaksanakan tanggungjawab? (a) Sekiranya anda enggan atau tidak melaksanakan kewajipan kewangan anda untuk membayar atau apa-apa kewajipan lain di bawah Kemudahan, Bank berhak untuk mengisytiharkan suatu kejadian ingkar di mana Kemudahan akan ditamatkan dan anda hendaklah membayar Bank semua jumlah tertunggak di bawah Kemudahan. (b) Sebagai tambahan kepada perkara di atas, sekiranya anda enggan atau tidak membuat pembayaran pada tarikh matang, anda hendaklah membayar caj lewat bank ke atas jumlah yang terhutang dan belum dibayar pada kadar berikut: - No. Tempoh berkenaan Kadar Caj Lewat Bayar Ke atas Amaun 1. Sebelum tarikh matang. 1% setahun dikira atas baki harian. Baki tertunggak yang dikira dari tarikh pembatalan sehingga penyelesaian penuh baki tertunggak. 2. Selepas tarikh matang Kadar Semasa Pasaran Wang Antara Bank Secara Islam ( IIMM ) setahun dikira atas dasar baki harian. 3. Apabila AmBank Islamic telah mendapat penghakiman terhadap pelanggan Pada kadar IIMM setahun yang dikira atas dasar baki harian daripada tarikh penghakiman mahkamah sehingga tarikh penyelesaian. Baki tertunggak, yang dikira dari tarikh matang sehingga penyelesaian penuh Baki tertunggak (tidak termasuk kos guaman dan caj lewat bayar seperti yang dinyatakan dalam penghakiman), yang dikira dari tarikh penghakiman sehingga penyelesaian penuh jumlah penghakiman. Nota: i) Caj lewat bayar tidak boleh dikompaun. ii) Jumlah caj lewat bayar tidak boleh melebihi amaun prinsipal tertunggak. iii) Caj lewat bayar dan kaedah pengiraan adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Negara Malaysia. iv) Baki tertunggak merujuk kepada baki prinsipal dan keuntungan diperoleh. v) Caj lewat bayar adalah kumulatif dan tertakluk kepada tempoh berkenaan. (c) Hak untuk tolak-selesai: AmBank Islamic mempunyai hak untuk menggunakan apa-apa baki kredit dalam akaun anda yang dikendalikan dengan kami untuk menyelesaikan apa-apa pembayaran yang tertumggak di bawah mana-mana fasiliti yang terdapat dengan AmBank Islamic. Walau bagaimanapun, jumlah yang ditolak-selesai akan dimaklumkan kepada anda. (d) AmBank Islamic mempunyai hak untuk memulakan tindakan undang-undang terhadap anda dan penjamin (jika ada) dan/atau mencairkan / menghalang / tebus cagaran yang diberi (jika ada). AmBank Islam mempunyai hak untuk memulakan tindakan undang-undang terhadap anda dan penjamin (jika ada) dan / atau membubarkan / merampas cagaran yang disediakan (jika ada) untuk mendapatkan apa-apa amaun yang terhutang tetapi tidak dibayar di bawah Kemudahan ini. (e) Tindakan undang-undang yang diambil terhadap anda boleh menjejaskan penarafan kredit yang membawa kepada kredit yang lebih sukar atau mahal. 7. Bagaimana sekiranya saya melangsaikan pembiayaan sebelum tempoh matang? AB-i hanya boleh diselesaikan lebih awal daripada tarikh matang jika draf itu tidak dijual di pasaran sekunder. Sekiranya penyelesaian penuh dibuat sebelum tempoh matang, Hibah (hadiah) mungkin diberikan kepada anda. 8. Adakah saya memerlukan perlindungan takaful? Ya, perlindungan takaful diperlukan untuk melindungi asset dengan secukupnya. Anda boleh memilih untuk mengambil perlindungan takaful dari mana-mana syarikat takaful yang diterima oleh Bank. 5

9. Apakah risiko yang perlu saya tanggung? (a) Sekiranya pelanggan tidak membuat bayaran, AmBank Islamic mempunyai hak rekursa ke atas anda bagi bil / invois yang tidak dibayar. (b) AmBank Islamic boleh mengambil tindakan undang-undang jika anda tidak melunaskan bayaran anda. 10. Adakah saya memerlukan penjamin atau cagaran? (a) Seorang penjamin (atau lebih) harus disediakan, jika perlu. (b) Kesemua cagaran harus disediakan jika perlu dan mestilah diterima oleh Syariah. Nota: Syarat di atas bergantung kepada keupayaan kredit anda. 11. Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan sekiranya berlaku perubahan pada maklumat peribadi? Adalah penting untuk anda memaklumkan kepada kami tentang sebarang perubahan pada butiran perhubungan anda bagi memastikan semua surat-menyurat sampai kepada anda tepat pada masanya.
