**BEWARE* * OF WHO YOU HIRE For The Type of Jobs You Do Not Need A Modification Form For, or Permission From The Board of Trustees WHEN HIRING A CONTRACTOR, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEY CARRY INSURANCE, SO YOU ARE PROTECTED IF DAMAGE IS DONE TO YOUR UNIT. Just because you see their AD in one of the local papers, does not mean they are automatically recommended by our Village, or they are reliable to do the job. Crestwood Village IV Does Not Recommend any contractors, nor do we assume any responsibility if a problem occurs with the job they are doing. We do have a list of Contractors, who have complied and registered with our office by submitting their liability insurance and workers compensation (if they carry it), but it's still up to you to make sure you get what you pay for and the job gets completed as agreed with the Contractor. * * Note.. it's always a good idea to check the Better Business Bureau rating and references.

CRESTWOOD VILLAGE CO-OP FOUR, INC. 15 E MOCCASIN DRIVE WHITING, NJ 08759 PHONE (732) 350-0230 - FAX (732) 350-6930 To: All Crestwood Village 4 Certificate Holders & Residents Ref.: Overnight Parking January 12, 2019 Overnight parking in the Village is forbidden and it has always been that way. Lately we have had several residents who insist on violating the rules by parking overnight on the street and also parking in the Clubhouse parking lot when not authorized. It is considered overnight parking if you are there between the hours of 12:00AM-6:00AM. Overnight parking is allowed in the clubhouse parking lot for visitors only. You are to place a paper on the dashboard listing the Village address and a valid contact number. This is for an occasional guest. It is not for anyone to use to park an additional vehicle on a regular basis. If you have an extenuating circumstance and need to park a vehicle there for a short period of time you must get a temporary pass from the Village receptionist. We also have residents who are abusing the Guest parking spaces, parking on the grass, parking 3 vehicles across a driveway or putting one vehicle behind the other and having part of it extending into the street. These rules are clearly explained in our Rules & Regulations booklet, June 1, 2018 version, pages 5 & 6. Frankly, the Board of Trustees has more important issues to worry about besides parking. Also, we are not interested in being out in the early morning hours to enforce these rules. When you moved into the Village you were advised of the rules. You also knew that you bought a unit with one or two parking spaces. It is not the responsibility of the Board to worry about finding additional parking for you. PLEASE NOTE: We have hired a towing company to patrol the streets during the overnight hours. Beginning April 1, 2019 anyone parked illegally will be towed by the towing company when discovered. There will not be any further warnings. We sincerely do not wish to tow anyone so please follow the rules. Also, contrary to what will be said, we will not be earning any revenue from this. We appreciate your cooperation. CRESTWOOD VILLAGE CO-OP FOUR, INC. BOARD OF TRUSTEES
