Gougar/Smith/US 52 Re-Alignment Construction of new intersection at Gougar Road/US 52, re-align Smith Road intersection, roadway widening, drainage, signage, pavement markings Pre-final plans submitted to IDOT on 11/16/18 for their review. Target IDOT Letting April 2019. Eastern Avenue Culvert Replacement Remove and replace existing creek crossings, roadway reconstruction from Smith to south of railroad tracks Working on final plans, utility coordination, specifications, and cost estimate per direction from staff and VB on design specifics. Present pre-final plans to staff and VB in early 2019. Advertise/bid project Spring 2019.
