ORDINANCE NO. 2009- TAX LEVY ORDINANCE OF THE VIL1,AGE OF TOLONO, ILLINOIS FOR 2009-2010 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tolono, County of Champaign and State of Illinois, did on the 21" day of July, 2009, A. D., pass the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance, for said Village of Tolono, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning on the first day of May, 2009 and ending on April 30, 2010, the amount of which is ascertained to be the aggregate sum of $2,757,920.00 which said budget and appropriation bill was duly published as provided by law; and, WHEREAS. $2.61 8,445.00 will be received from sources other than real estate taxes, leaving the total amount of $139,475.00 to be received from levy of taxes for said year for the following purposes and funds: FUND NO.
