Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a Release and Termination of Utility Easement located north of East Erwin Street between North Fuller Avenue and North Clayton Avenue. Request that the City Council consider accepting a report regarding the workers compensation, property and casualty claims, and lawsuits through December 31, 2016, and ratify all claim payments and settlements. Request that the City Council consider approving a re-plat of Lots 9 and 9A in the Eastside No. 5 subdivision, located on Lake Tyler. Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve a Reconciliation Change Order and the release of final payment in the amount of $26,399.60 to Gracon Construction, Inc. for the Lake Palestine Water Treatment Plant Chlorine Automatic Shutoff project. Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to award the Tyler Public Library project to repair and restore exterior masonry and windows to Exum Water Proofing in an amount not to exceed $45,312.00. C-A-7 Request that the City Council consider adopting an Ordinance amending the FY 2016-2017 Budget by authorizing $150,000.00 to be used from PEG funds for the purpose of funding the Innovation Pipeline s equipment and furnishing purchases that will be used to create content for Channel 3. C-A-8 C-A-9 C-A-10 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Election Contract with Smith County to perform certain joint election services for the City Council Election to be held May 6, 2017, as part of the joint election with Tyler Independent School District, Whitehouse Independent School District and Chapel Hill Independent School District. Request that the City Council consider adopting a Resolution authorizing the Tyler City Manager on behalf of the Tyler Fire Department to apply for grant funding from the Office of the Governor s FY2018 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) in the cumulative amount of $136,146.22 to fund programs and projects aimed at enhancing the City s ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from terrorist attacks and other disasters. Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve a Reconciliation Change Order and the release of final payment in the amount of

$67,771.67 to Doughtie Construction Co., Inc. for the South Paluxy and East Grande Sewer Improvements project. BOARD APPOINTMENTS B-1 Request that City Council consider making an appointment to the Historical Preservation Board. CITY MANAGER S REPORT RECESS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION Executive Item No. 1: Under Texas Gov t Code section 551.087 Economic Development deliberation regarding the following: Possible offer of financial or other incentive to a prospect, and to consider financial and other information about that prospect/project with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations that could lead to a partnership in Tyler. Executive Item No. 2: Under Texas Gov t Code Section 551.072 Real Estate deliberation regarding the following: Discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, lease or value of real property, the public discussion of which would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the City, related to the development of municipal facilities.
