Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance Certificate attached to Schedule B Prior to the issuance of a permit to move a building or structure, a bond must be deposited with the Village to ensure that the exterior of the building or part thereof will be completed within ninety (90) days of the permit issuance. Should the owner not complete the required work within the time frame set out, the Building Inspector shall notify the owner, in writing, of the deficiency directing the owner to remedy the non-compliance within thirty (30) days from the date of the notice. If the non-compliance is not remedied within the thirty (30) day period the deposit shall be forfeited to the Village. Prior to the issuance of a permit to move a building or structure, a policy of commercial general liability insurance, in all-inclusive limits (in a form satisfactory to the Village) to indemnify the Village against all bodily injury and property damage, of any kind, howsoever caused by the moving of the building.
