Cooperation between Japan and Norway on Private sector 2008 3D geophysical exploration vessel SIGEN Japan purchased Ramform Victory from PGS(Norway) and converted it. 2011 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) contracted the construction agreement of two 3D geophysical exploration vessels with PGS. PGS Titans AS, wholly owned by Petroleum Geo-Services ASA, co-financed by JBIC, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation covered by Buyer s Credit Insurance from NEXI.
