CONTRIBUTIONS FOR 2016 Continued shift in overall employee / employer contribution target - 25/75 (1% move for 2016) Different results by Plan and Tier Current rates vs. plan performance (not across-the-board) Each is at a different starting point Core plan is producing at levels that are currently sustainable. Small to no increase ACA impact will economically eliminate Plan A by 2018 Implementing a spousal surcharge for 2016
