PROPOSED MEASURES ON WHICH AN OPINION MAY BE REQUESTED Presentation of 208 modification of the Implementing Act (amendment of the FADN Commission Implementing Regulation vote) (RICC 808). Due to the absence of Directorate C Tassos Haniotis, Ms Josefine Loriz-Hoffmann attended the Committee to certificate the vote. Result: 27 favourable and unfavourable. POINTS FOR INFORMATION AND/OR DISCUSSION The agenda of the meeting is the following:. Welcome of participants by Mr Mariusz Stefan MIGAS, HoU AGRI.C3 Presentation of new staff in the Unit C3: Angela Casado Garcia-Hirschfeld (Secretariat), Marcin Zarzycki (Analysis Team), Suneetha Karkala, (IT team), Jan D'Hulst (Legal and Budgetary Cell), and Kirsi Kankaanpaa (NEPT) 2. Agenda of the 203 rd FADN Committee (RICC 802) The agenda was adopted without comment. 3. Adoption of the minutes of the 202 nd FADN Committee (RICC 80). The minutes of the 202 nd FADN Committee were adopted without comment. 4. Information on the CAP post-2020 proposal and process with focus on the draft of new CAP indicators (RICC 803). Commission presented the CAP post 2020 proposal. A couple of questions were raised by Austria and Italy. CAP post 2020 timetable and key features of new policy were presented with focus on evaluation and indicators. For instance CMEF becomes PMEF, we will have 28 impact indicators and 48 context indicators (most in both sets). FADN will become main provider of data to build and follow those indicators especially related to income. Implications for FADN: changes to subsidy table and potentially bigger sample sizes to ensure better representation at a regional level. Adaptation of FADN legislation in 209/20 will be needed. 5. First analysis of the FADN regulations alignment needs with the IFS Regulation (REGULATION (EU) 208/09 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 8 July 208 on integrated farm statistics and repealing Regulations (EC) No 66/2008 and (EU) No 337/20) (RICC 804). Commission presented direct consequences of the adoption of the new regulation and the changes on the current IFS to the FADN typology calculation and the farm return questionnaire. Eurostat presented the new farm statistics regulations IFS SAIO followed by C3 presentation of possible modifications of variables and principles to be used when modifying FADN basic and implementing acts. 6. FADN data access procedure update proposal (RICC 805). The Commission presented the data access procedure and its future changes to modernise and simplify the FADN Data Access requests. 7. FADN data provision in Finland (RICC 806). Presentation on how data are provided in Finland (Economy Doctor) a powerful and flexible tool to share information. 8. Methodological questions: Standard Results and variables definitions (RICC 807) Income and subsidies, new standard results, Other Gainful Activities - new standard results, including median income, were presented by the Commission. 9. Presentation and vote on the 208 modification of the FADN Implementing Act (amendment of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 205/220 lays down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 27/2009) (RICC 808). Mainly as a result of the new action lines and clarity, the Commission Implementing Regulation needed to be completed and the amendment got 27 favourable opinions and unfavourable (Belgium). 0. State of play of the 207 accounting year data delivery Member States roundtable (RICC 809) The Commission presented a state of play of accounting year 206 data delivery and the preparations for the next exercise, and requested the delegations to inform about the planned timing of delivery and preferred validation of 207 FADN data.. Presentation of ongoing analyses using FADN data (RICC 80). The commission presented the recent use of FADN data for CAP analysis, farms economics analysis, their use in Member State and in the research. Member States provided feedback, comments and asked questions. 2. Demo of FADN Visualization Project (RICC 8). The Commission presented the progress of the modernization of FADN reports online using Qlik 2
