Functional Replacement Cost Loss Settlement With Building Code Upgrade Coverage (H157) The policy may be endorsed to provide Functional Replacement Cost coverage for the primary residence located on the insured premises and detached garages used solely for private garage purposes. The dwelling and garage must be insured for 100% of the current functional replacement cost. This endorsement provides up to 125% of the purchased Coverage-A, stated on the Declaration, for functional replacement cost.
