i Section 3: of less than 5% That the aforesaid levy, exclusive ofdebt service levies, is an increase of the amount levied by the City of Monticello for all purposes for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 211. Section 4: That the City Clerk shall, on or before the last Tuesday in December, 211, make and file with the County Clerk of Piatt County a duly certified copy ofthis Ordinance and certify that the amount levied by Section 2 ofthis Ordinance is required by the said City of Monticello, as aforesaid, and request that the same be extended upon the appropriate tax books for the fiscal year of said City of Monticello beginning May 1, 212 and ending April 3, 213. Section 5: That if any section, subdivision, sentence or clause of this Ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance. Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately from and after its passage, approval, and that a copy of this Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by the City Clerk.
