About MFIN Background MicroFinance Institutions Network is the industry body for RBI regulated NBFC-MFIs. Established in October 2009, MFIN was appointed as the Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) for the sector by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). MFIN through its members, helps provide financial services to low income households in a responsible & transparent manner, thereby helping them build sustainable livelihoods.
