Februrary 25, 2019 at 9:00 am CT The Byline Bank product and system transition to the enhanced system will be complete. This Transition Guide Booklet highlights some important details about changes to your accounts and services at Byline Bank. 1 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 1.1. Before the Transition Right now it s business as usual. Please continue to bank with Byline Bank as you always have. On February 25, 2019, we ll be upgrading our system platform and streamlining product offerings to improve the banking services you need for an enhanced Online Banking, Telephone Banking and Mobile Banking experience. 1.2. Transition Weekend: February 22-24, 2019 Branch Hours Byline Bank branches will be open during normal banking hours on February 22, 2019. You ll be able to access your current Byline Bank accounts and services until February 22, 2019 at 5:00 pm CT when the transition will begin. February 23, 2019, all Byline Bank branches will be closed. ATM Deposits. Byline Bank ATM deposits will be accepted, but may not be reflected in your account balance at the ATM or on your ATM receipt, until February 25, 2019. Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking will not be available during the transition, from February 22, 2019 at 5:00 pm CT through February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am CT. Bill Payments Bill payment online will not be available after Thursday, February 21, 2019. All bill payments scheduled to be paid on February 22, 2019 through February 24, 2019 will be processed the morning of February 22, 2019. Internal recurring transfers will be deactivated on February 20, 2019. All future-dated PopMoney transfers will need to be deleted prior to February 20, 2019. We will provide additional information about our new person to person payment system in the coming weeks. Please continue to check bylinebank.com/updates. 1.3. After the Transition: February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am CT Branch Hours & Telephone Banking will resume to normally scheduled business hours on February 25, 2019. Byline Bank s TeleBanker, 24-hour bank-by-phone service, will be available at 9:00 am CT on February 25, 2019. ATMs. The Allpoint ATM network will continue to be the preferred network for surcharge-free withdrawals. Online Banking & Mobile Banking.You ll have access to Personal Online Banking and Bill Payment at Byline Bank February 25, 2019 after 9:00 am CT. Log in to Personal Online Banking at https://www. bylinebank.com. Please see page bylinebank.com/updates for information about updated login details. Bill Payments Recurring bill payments will automatically convert to the new Byline Bank bill payment system. Bill payments scheduled and scheduled bill payment posting history will not be available until March 1, 2019. If you have more than one account you ll need to validate the default account to use for each bill payee.»» Internal bank recurring transfers, which you have saved in online banking prior to February 20, 2019 will automatically transfer to the new Byline Online Banking system. External Transfers will not automatically transfer and need to be re-established after the transition. Accounts, Services & Fees. Your Byline Bank account numbers, checks, and ATM/Debit cards will not change. Your accounts, fees, and services may have changed. Please refer to the Personal Account Product Features Comparison table below for additional information. If your account or product is not listed, then there is no change to your current account s name or features. If you currently receive a scheduled distribution from your IRA, it will continue as scheduled after February 25, 2019. 2.2 Personal Bank Accounts & Statements Checking Accounts & Money Market Accounts Your Byline Bank account numbers, checks and deposit slips will not change. Please continue to use your current supply of Byline Bank checks. Statements February 22, 2019 Due to the transition to our new system, we will be issuing an additional statement in the month of February, 2019. This statement will be generated on February 22, 2019, and reflect all account activity from February 9 February 22, 2019. Please note that you will not be charged monthly service fees for this statement period. After February 25, 2019 On March 8, 2019, the remainder of your February statement will be generated in our new system, which will include all the account activity from February 23 March 8, 2019, and will include your monthly service fees, if applicable.»»please note: historical account estatements will be available after February 28, 2019. Statement Your Byline Bank account numbers and deposit slips will not change. Statements You will receive your final statement for your Statement Account, on our old system, for your account balance and transactions through February 22, 2019. In April, you will receive your March statement, which will include your account balance and transaction information from February 23 - March 31, 2019. Please note: historical account estatements will be available after February 28, 2019. Please see our online banking section in this booklet for additional information. 3 NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TERMS Starting February 25, 2019, the following terms and conditions of your Byline Bank accounts, services and fees will change. Changes are listed below. Other product and service terms not listed will remain the same. Payment Order ACH & Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) Please refer to the Processing and Posting Order section in your Personal Account Disclosures. Statement Cycles Funds Availability Accounts getting statements prior to conversion will continue to get statements. Statement cycles will change as follows: Statement : Will be generated at the end of each month, starting March 31, 2019. Our policy is to make electronic direct deposits available on the business day we receive the deposit. Our policy is to make cash available on the business day we receive the deposit. This refers to cash deposits made at a location where our employees accept deposits in person as well as cash deposits at ATMs that leverage envelope-less technology. The funds availability policy is changing. Please refer to your Personal Account Disclosures, which can be found at bylinebank. com/personal-account-disclosures for a detailed funds availability schedule, after February 25, 2019. 4 PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING 4.1 Online Banking During Transition Online Banking and Online Banking assistance will be unavailable from February 22, 2019 at 5:00 pm CT until February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am CT. You can begin accessing Byline Bank s new, Online Banking system, February 25, 2019, at 9:00 am CT, where you ll be able to view your deposit account transaction history for the previous (13) months. All external transfers scheduled in Online Banking will need to be re-entered in the new Online Banking system beginning Monday, February 25, 2019. 4.2 Online Banking Login Changes Beginning February 25, 2019 Login Page. You ll visit bylinebank.com to log in to online banking. The login page will be at the top right-hand side of the screen. User ID. Your User ID will remain the same, however, letters will now be required in all lower case. For example, if your login was ABrown1!, it will now be abrown1! Password. Your password will be reset. You will need to enter a temporary password of Byline1 + the first three characters of your User ID. For example, if your User ID is now abrown1!, your temporary password will be Byline1abr. First Login. Upon your first login after February 25, 2019, you ll be prompted to change your password and to accept the Terms & Conditions of our online banking site. Alerts. You ll need to re-establish any alerts you had previously set up for online banking in the new system on February 25, 2019. External Transfers. You ll need to re-establish all external transfer payments you had previously set up, once you log in after February 25, 2019. Online Banking assistance. Beginning February 25, 2019, online banking assistance will be available, by calling (773) 244-7000 during the following times: Mondays Fridays - 7:00 am 8:00 pm CT Saturday 8:00 am 5:00 pm CT 5 PERSONAL MOBILE BANKING Beginning February 22, 2019 Mobile Banking will be unavailable from February 22, 2019 at 5:00 pm CT until February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am CT. Beginning February 25, 2019 Download the new Byline Bank mobile app from your device s app store. Please note: you must log on to Online Banking and confirm your mobile banking number prior to logging into the app. To protect your privacy and accounts, the system will not accept your credentials until you ve confirmed your phone number in our online banking platform. Each attempt to log in to Mobile Banking, without having confirmed your phone number in online banking, will result in an error. Multiple failed login attempts could result in you being locked out from your account. If your account inadvertently becomes locked, please call (773) 244-7000. 8 Byline Bank

6 PERSONAL BILL PAYMENT Before February 22, 2019 Please make sure to complete all updates to merchants you pay on a scheduled basis, prior to 5:00 pm CT, on February 21, 2019. All merchants receiving scheduled payments, entered prior to this date will be transferred automatically to our new system. Beginning February 22, 2019 UNAVAILABLE Bill payment will be unavailable from February 22, 2019 at 5:00 pm CT until February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am CT. Beginning February 25, 2019 AVAILABLE Bill Pay will be available at 9:00 am CT on February 25, 2019. Please note: There will be a slight delay between when our Bill Pay system goes live on February 25 and when your Bill Pay history and scheduled payments will be accessible on March 1. Please see below for more details. Our daily processing cut-off time for bill payment will be 3:00 pm CT, moving forward. Action Required Please confirm your default debit account for each bill payee to ensure payment accuracy. Please set up nicknames for all bill payees, as previously established nicknames will not transition to our new Bill Pay system and will need to be re-established. Beginning March 1, 2019 FULLY OPERATIONAL On Thursday, March 1, 2019, at 9:00 am CT you ll be able to view your: Prior bill payment history Future scheduled bill payments All bill payments issued between February 25, 2019 and February 28, 2019 6.1 Loan Payments Made From Online Banking If your account is enrolled in online banking, your process to make online banking payments should not change. Your current capabilities will transition to the new platform. 7 CARD SERVICES 7.1 ATM/Debit Cards There are no changes to your Byline Bank ATM/Debit cards, and you ll still have access to more than 55,000 surcharge-free transactions at Allpoint network ATMs, worldwide. Visit our mobile app or bylinebank.com/locator to find a surcharge-free ATM near you. Please note: The number to report a lost or stolen card or PIN has changed to: (800) 236-2442.»» The number to activate or change the password for your ATM/Debit card is (866) 392-9952. 8 CONSUMER LOANS For customers currently using coupon books, we are transitioning to loan statements. We ll continue to accept existing coupons, but encourage you to transition to your loan statement as soon as possible, after February 25, 2019. Statement remittance will change to: Byline Bank Payment Processing P.O. Box 388439 Chicago, IL 60638-8439 For customers currently receiving loan statements, you will continue to receive your monthly loan statement. If you have any questions related to your personal loans, please contact (773) 838-3696. 9 TELEPHONE BANKING Byline Bank s TeleBanker, 24-hour bank-by-phone service, will be available on February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am CT. To contact TeleBanker»Dial» (773) 244-7000, to bank by phone. Select option 2 for automated telephone banking. Please note: The first time you call, on or after February 25, 2019, you ll be prompted to re-enroll in our new system. In order to do so, you ll need at least: one of your account numbers, your social security number, your birthday and your zip code for verification. Follow the prompts to create a new 8-digit user ID and new 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) which is used as validation when you call. 10 BANK BY MAIL Please continue to submit your deposits by mail, along with your deposit slip to your local branch, or to the office where you ve always submitted your mailed deposits. 10 Byline Bank
