TERMS AND CONDITIONS RHB BANK/RHB ISLAMIC BANK HELLO REWARDS PROGRAMME 2018 RHB Bank Berhad (Company No. 6171-M) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (Company No. 680329-V) will be referred to as RHB. PROGRAMME PERIOD 1. RHB Hello Rewards ( Programme ) is for all customers who opened new RHB Retail Current Account/Current Account-i or Savings Account/Savings Account-i ( CASA ) will commence from 1 March 2018 until 31 December 2018. RHB reserves the rights to extend or to stop the Programme. 2. All eligible customers who open their RHB retail CASA on or after 1 March 2018 with valid email address and RHB Now registration will be auto-enrolled into the Programme. 3. Customer s participation will start on the same month of the account opened and will run for a maximum period of 3 months (for e.g. Customer open their CASA with RHB between 1 March 2018 to 31 March 2018, the Programme will start on same month and end on 31 May 2018). 4. Customer s participation will start on the month of the account opened and entries earned in the same month (month 1) will not be aggregated to following month (month 2 and month 3). 5. The Programme will include different types of tasks that customer needs to be completed by customer on monthly basis. 6. The months will be defined as per calendar month i.e. from 1 st day of the month to the last day of the month (both dates inclusive). 7. Depending on the day of joining the customer will be eligible for 3 monthly draws. By design, every customer has 3 months to be eligible for the Monthly Draw. ELIGIBILITY 8. The Programme is open to all customers who open their retail CASA at RHB Bank/RHB Islamic Bank branches, exclude RHB Easy Sales Centre/Hub, at least 18 years of age, and both residents and nonresidents excludes commercial, corporate, sole proprietorships, partnerships, charitable/non-profit organizations, societies, schools and companies ( the Participant(s) ). 9. Participant(s) are required to provide a valid email address and mobile number in order to receive periodic updates, notifications on the Programme. The Participant(s) will not receive any updates or notifications if the email address or mobile number is not provided. 10. All Conventional or Islamic Retail CASA are eligible for this Programme, with the exception of RHB Premier Account, RHB Share Trading Account, RHB Multi Currency Account, Wadiah/Qardbased deposit, RHB Easy Account, and all Junior Savings products. 11. The participating account must be valid and active (must not be closed or terminated) as determined by RHB at its discretion, to be eligible for participation during and after the Programme and/or for winning of the prizes/rewards. If, at any time during the Programme period, the participating account is not active for any reason whatsoever, his/her participation in the Programme becomes null and void with immediate effect. PRIZES AND FULFILMENT CONDITIONS 12. Participant(s) must be an RHB Now customer and will need to perform the tasks below to be eligible for Monthly Lucky Draw. Each task perform by Participant will earn entry(ies). All the entries earned in month 1 will not be aggregated into the Monthly Lucky Draw in month 2 and month 3. 12.1. Festive Months On every festive month (as below), every entries earned by customers will entitle 2X entries. 2018 s Festive E.g.: As of 30 June 2018, customer s total entries is 5. As such customer will get 5 entries X2 =10 total entries for June 2018. Month Holiday June November December Hari Raya Aidilfitri Deepavali Christmas 13. Further to Clause 12, only the transactions made by participating CASA are eligible for Monthly Lucky Draw. For joint accounts, all transactions done and entries earned will be combined. 14. There are no limits on a Participant(s) to win three (3) monthly cash prize during the 3 months period. 15. The definition of the Monthly Lucky Draw tasks are listed below: 15.1. Monthly Average Balance (MAB) is defined as the sum of the account s end of day balance for the month divided by the number of calendar days of the month. RHB computation of MAB shall be final, conclusive and binding. 15.2. RHB Now Internet Banking or RHB Now Mobile Banking App financial transactions are defined as prepaid services, fund transfer, bill payment, investment, fixed deposit, Pay Anyone excluding: a) Transactions that are voided, reversed or cancelled b) Refund transaction c) Such other transactions or amounts notified by RHB from time to time 15.3. Debit Card transactions are defined as all retail spending by Participant(s) including local and overseas retail purchases and bill payment, excluding: a) RHB Debit Card fees and charges (e.g. annual fee, service charges and GST) b) Transactions that are voided, reversed or cancelled c) Refund transaction d) Such other amounts notified by RHB from time to time. 15.4. Transaction date: 16.1. All transaction performed by Participant(s) for the Programme will be considered based on their posting date. Posting date is defined as the date the transaction is verified, processed and shown on the Participant s account statement. 16.2. RHB s records on the posting date of any retail transaction shall be final, conclusive and binding. 16.3. RHB is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission or posting of any retail transaction. 17. Reward(s) is/are not awarded automatically to the Participant(s). The cash reward will only be credited into the winners participating CASA within four (4) weeks after RHB has identified, contacted and validated the winner. RHB will not be held responsible for any late fulfilment of the rewards. 18. Non-cash rewards will be delivered to the winners within four (4) weeks after RHB has identified, contacted and validated the winner. RHB will not be held responsible for any late fulfilment of the rewards. RHB reserves the rights to change the method of fulfilment at RHB s discretion. 19. RHB reserves the right to terminate or withdraw or substitute any of the Reward(s) with those of similar value without any prior notice. 20. Participant(s) have the right to opt-out from the Programme by calling RHB Customer Care Centre at 03-9206 8118. 21. RHB reserves the right to remove the Participant(s) who has opted out from the Programme. Those Participant(s) who has opted out will not be entitled to rejoin the Programme. 22. The prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. WINNER SELECTION PROCESS 23. The following are the selection process that will be adopted to determine the winners for this Programme. a) Based on the Programme entries earned, Participant(s) will be shortlisted by RHB s computerized random selection system. b) At the point of crediting the rewards, the participating RHB account of the Participant(s) must not be closed and/or inactive; otherwise, the Participant(s) will be disqualified. c) The shortlisted Participant(s) will be contacted by RHB s representative via the latest telephone number furnished to RHB as shown in RHB s record at any time during office hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on any working days from Monday to Friday. d) Should the first attempt to call the shortlisted Participant(s) fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc., another two (2) attempts will be made. unsuccessful or the shortlisted Participant(s) is not agreeable to participate in the Programme upon being contacted, the shortlisted Participant(s) will be deemed as disqualified and RHB has the right to select the next shortlisted Participant(s) from the same listing. e) RHB shall not be held liable in the event the shortlisted Participant(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. f) Upon successful contact, the shortlisted Participant(s) will be deemed as a winner if he/she is able to answer one (1) question correctly and agree to accept the prize ( Winner(s) ). g) Should there be a case where the shortlisted Participant(s) is/are unable to answer the question correctly, he/she will be deemed disqualified and the next shortlisted Participant(s) from the same listing will be selected to answer the question. h) The selection of Winner(s) is/are final, and no correspondence will be entertained. 24. Participant(s) is/are encouraged to call RHB Customer Care Centre at 03-9206 8118 for queries and assistance on this Programme. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 25. RHB reserves the right to publish or display the name of the Participant(s) who has/have been selected to receive the Reward(s) for this Programme for advertising and publicity purposes. By participating in this Programme, the Participant(s) hereby consent to and agree that RHB shall be at liberty to publish their names, without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes. 26. RHB shall not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the usage of the Reward(s) received under this Programme. 27. RHB reserves the right to add, delete, suspend or vary the Terms and Conditions contained herein, either wholly or in part, at RHB s discretion by way of posting on RHB s website, or in any manner deemed suitable by RHB at any time with twenty-one (21) calendar days prior notice. 28. The amended Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Programme. 29. RHB shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of RHB. 30. The Participant(s) shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Programme. 31. TERMA DAN SYARAT PROGRAM HELLO REWARDS RHB BANK/RHB ISLAMIC BANK 2018 RHB Bank Berhad (No. Syarikat 6171-M) dan RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (No. Syarikat 680329-V) akan dirujuk sebagai RHB. TEMPOH PROGRAM 1. Hello Rewards RHB ( Program ) adalah untuk semua pelanggan yang membuka Akaun Semasa/Semasa-i RHB atau Akaun Simpanan/Simpanan-i ( CASA ) yang baharu bermula dari 1 Mac 2018 sehingga 31 Disember 2018. RHB berhak untuk melanjutkan atau menghentikan Program. 2. Semua pelanggan yang layak membuka Akaun Semasa Runcit RHB atau Akaun Simpanan ( CASA ) pada atau selepas 1 Mac 2018 dengan alamat e-mel dan Pendaftaran RHB Now yang sah akan didaftarkan secara automatik dalam Program. 3. Penyertaan pelanggan akan bermula pada bulan yang sama akaun dibuka dan akan berlangsung selama tempoh maksimum 3 bulan (Contoh: Jika Pelanggan membuka CASA dengan RHB dalam tempoh 1 Mac 2018 hingga 31 Mac 2018, maka penyertaan Program akan bermula pada bulan tersebut dan berakhir pada 31 Mei 2018). 4. Penyertaan pelangan bermula pada bulan yang sama akaun dibuka dan mata penyertaan tidak akan dikumpul kepada bulan berikut (bulan 2 dan bulan 3) 5. Program ini merangkumi pelbagai jenis tugasan berbeza yang perlu dilengkapkan oleh pelanggan secara bulanan. 6. Bulan merujuk kepada bulan kalendar, iaitu dari hari pertama hingga ke hari terakhir bagi bulan tersebut. (termasuk kedua-dua tarikh). 7. Dengan cara ini setiap pelanggan mempunyai tempoh 3 bulan untuk melayakkan diri bagi Cabutan Bulanan. KELAYAKAN 8. Program ini terbuka kepada semua pelanggan yang membuka CASA di cawangan RHB Bank/ RHB Islamic Bank kecuali RHB Easy dan berumur sekurang-kurangnya 18 tahun, pemastautin dan bukan pemastautin, tidak termasuk badan komersial, korporat, pemilik tunggal, perkongsian, organisasi amal/organisasi bukan berasaskan keuntungan, persatuan, pertubuhan, sekolah dan syarikat ( Peserta ). 9. Peserta dikehendaki memberikan alamat e-mel dan nombor telefon bimbit yang sah untuk menerima maklumat terkini, pemberitahuan berkala tentang Program dan e-penyata. Peserta tidak akan menerima apa-apa maklumat terkini atau pemberitahuan sekiranya alamat e-mel atau nombor telefon bimbit tidak diberikan. 10. Semua CASA Konvensional atau Islamik layak menyertai Program ini, kecuali Akaun RHB Premier, Akaun Dagangan Saham RHB, Akaun Berbilang Mata Wang RHB, Akaun Deposit berasaskan konsep Wadiah/Qard, Akaun RHB Easy dan semua jenis Akaun Simpanan Junior. 11. Akaun yang turut serta mestilah sah dan aktif (tidak boleh ditutup atau ditamatkan) sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh pihak RHB mengikut budi bicaranya, untuk layak turut serta semasa dan selepas Program dan/atau untuk memenangi hadiah/ganjaran. Program dijalankan, akaun yang turut serta tidak aktif atas apa-apa sebab sekalipun, penyertaannya dalam Program akan menjadi terbatal dan tidak sah dengan serta-merta. HADIAH DAN PEMENUHAN SYARAT 12. Peserta harus mendaftar sebagai pelangan kepada RHB Now dan melakukan tugasan yang berikut untuk layak menyertai Cabutan Bertuah. Setiap tugasan yang dilakukan, Peserta akan mendapat mata penyertaan program. Semua mata penyertaan yang diperolehi pada bulan 1 tidak akan dikumpulkan kepada cabutan bulan 2 dan bulan 3. 12.1. Opsyen Melakukan transaksi kewangan melalui RHB Now atau Perbelanjaan Kad Debit 1 mata penyertaan untuk setiap RM1,000 baki purata bulanan (contoh RM2,500 baki purata bulanan, 2 mata penyertaan diperolehi) Semua mata penyertaan yang diperolehi tidak akan dikumpulkan kepada bulan 2 dan bulan 3 1 mata penyertaan untuk setiap transaksi Semua mata penyertaan yang diperolehi daripada bulan 1 tidak akan dikumpulkan kepada bulan 2 dan bulan 3 Tiada had 5 mata penyertaan setiap bulan Cabutan Bertuah Bulanan : Ganjaran wang tunai sebanyak RM1,000 X 7 pemenang pemilihan melalui cabutan bertuah Bulan Hari Lahir Pada bulan hari lahir Pelanggan, setiap penyertaan yang diperoleh oleh Peserta akan melayakkan *3X penyertaan. Contoh: Pada 31 Mac 2018, jumlah penyertaan Peserta adalah 4. Oleh itu, Peserta akan mendapat 4 mata penyertaan X3 = 12 jumlah mata penyertaan untuk bulan Mac 2018. * Jika kedua-dua hari lahir pemegang akaun jatuh pada bulan yang sama, jumlah penyertaan yang diperoleh hanya akan melayakkan penyertaan sebanyak 3X Bulan Perayaan Pada setiap bulan perayaan (seperti dibawah), setiap mata penyertaan yang diperolehi daripada Peserta akan berhak untuk 2X mata penyertaan. Contoh: Pada 30 Jun 2018, jumlah mata penyertaan Pesertayang diperolehi ialah 5. Oleh itu, Peserta layak menerima 5 mata penyertaan X2 = 10 jumlah mata penyertaan untuk bulan Jun 2018. Bulan Jun November Disember Perayaan Hari Raya Aidilfitri Deepavali Hari Krismas 13. Selanjutnya daripada Klausa 12, hanya transaksi yang dilakukan oleh CASA yang terlibat layak untuk Cabutan Bertuah Bulanan. Bagi akaun bersama, semua transaksi yang dilaksanakan dan penyertaan yang diperoleh akan digabungkan. 14. Tidak ada had untuk seorang Peserta memenangi ganjaran wang tunai untuk 3 cabutan bulanan, dalam tempoh 3 bulan tersebut. 15. Tugasan bagi Cabutan Bertuah Bulanan adalah seperti berikut: 15.1. Baki Purata Bulanan (BPB) ditakrifkan sebagai jumlah baki akhir akaun pada hujung hari bagi bulan berkenaan dan dibahagikan dengan bilangan hari kalendar pada bulan tersebut. Pengiraan BPB oleh RHB adalah, muktamad, konklusif dan mengikat. 15.2. Transaksi Kewangan melalui Aplikasi Perbankan Internet RHB Now atau Perbankan Mudah Alih RHB Now ditakrifkan sebagai perkhidmatan prabayar, pemindahan dana, pembayaran bil, pelaburan, deposit tetap, Pay Anyone sahaja tidak termasuk: a) Transaksi yang tidak sah, dipulangkan atau dibatalkan b) Transaksi pemulangan semula c) Jumlah lain sebagaimana yang diberitahu oleh RHB dari semasa ke semasa. 15.3. Transaksi Kad Debit didefinisikan sebagai semua perbelanjaan runcit oleh Peserta termasuk pembelian runcit tempatan dan luar negara dan pembayaran bil, tidak termasuk: a) Fi dan caj Kad Debit RHB (misalnya yuran tahunan, caj perkhidmatan dan CBP) b) Transaksi yang tidak sah, dipulangkan atau dibatalkan c) Transaksi pemulangan semula d) Jumlah lain sebagaimana yang diberitahu oleh RHB dari semasa ke semasa. 15.4. Contoh pengiraan BPB ditunjukkan di bawah: Senario A:. Senario B: Transaksi Akaun Untuk Bulan Mac Jumlah Transaksi Tarikh Baki Hujung Hari Pengiraan Baki Purata Bulanan (BPB) Buka akaun - 20 Mac 2018 - [5(RM250) + Deposit tunai RM250 20 Mac 2018 RM250 RM10,250 + Deposit tunai RM10,000 25 Mac 2018 RM10,250 RM10,200) + Pembayaran bil RM50 26 Mac 2018 RM10,200 5(RM10,050)] / 31 Pengeluaran di ATM RM150 27 Mac 2018 RM10,050 = RM2,320.97 * Jika Peserta membuka akaun pada mana-mana hari dalam bulan berkenaan, baki purata bulanan akan dibahagikan kepada 30 atau 31 hari untuk bulan tersebut (kecuali Februari), tiada pengiraan pro-rata dari baki bulanan. 16. Tarikh transaksi: 16.1. Semua transaksi yang dilaksanakan oleh Peserta untuk Program ini akan dikira berdasarkan tarikh diposkan. Tarikh diposkan ditakrifkan sebagai tarikh transaksi yang telah disahkan, diproses dan dipaparkan pada penyata akaun Peserta. 16.2. Rekod RHB pada tarikh diposkan bagi mana-mana transaksi runcit adalah muktamad, konklusif dan mengikat. 16.3. RHB tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kegagalan atau kelewatan penyaluran atau kelewatan mengeposkan mana-mana transaksi runcit. 17. Ganjaran tidak diberikan secara automatik kepada Peserta. Ganjaran tunai hanya akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun CASA pemenang dalam masa empat (4) minggu selepas RHB mengenal pasti, menghubungi dan mengesahkan pemenang. RHB tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan terhadap apaapa kelewatan penerimaan ganjaran. 18. Ganjaran bukan tunai akan diberikan kepada pemenang dalam masa empat (4) minggu selepas RHB mengenal pasti, menghubungi dan mengesahkan pemenang. RHB tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan terhadap apa-apa kelewatan penerimaan ganjaran. RHB berhak mengubah kaedah pemberian ganjaran menurut budi bicara RHB. 19. RHB berhak menamatkan atau menarik balik atau menggantikan mana-mana ganjaran dengan sesuatu yang sama nilainya tanpa memberikan apa-apa notis terlebih dahulu. 20. Peserta berhak menarik diri daripada Program dengan menghubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan RHB di 03-9206 8118. 21. RHB berhak mengeluarkan Peserta yang telah menarik diri daripada Program. Peserta yang telah menarik diri tidak boleh menyertai semula Program. 22. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik dan tidak boleh dirunding. PROSES PEMILIHAN PEMENANG 23. Berikut adalah proses pemilihan yang akan digunakan untuk menentukan pemenang Program ini. a) Berdasarkan mata penyertaan program yang diperoleh, Peserta akan disenarai pendek melalui sistem pemilihan rawak berkomputer RHB. b) Pada titik pengkreditan ganjaran, akaun RHB Peserta yang turut serta mestilah tidak ditutup dan/atau tidak aktif; jika tidak, penyertaan Peserta akan dibatalkan. c) Peserta yang disenaraipendekkan akan dihubungi oleh wakil RHB menerusi nombor telefon terkini yang diberikan kepada RHB sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan di dalam rekod RHB pada bila-bila masa semasa waktu pejabat (9.00 pagi hingga 5.00 petang) pada mana-mana hari bekerja dari hari Isnin hingga Jumaat. d) Sekiranya percubaan pertama untuk menghubungi Peserta yang disenaraipendekkan gagal, misalnya tiada maklumbalas, nombor telefon tiada dalam perkhidmatan atau tidak boleh dihubungi, dan sebagainya, dua (2) lagi percubaan akan dibuat. Sebaik sahaja percubaan ini tidak berjaya atau Peserta yang disenaraipendekkan tidak bersetuju untuk turut serta dalam program apabila dihubungi, penyertaan Peserta yang disenaraipendekkan tersebut dianggap telah dibatalkan dan RHB berhak memilih Peserta berikutnya yang disenaraipendekkan, daripada senarai yang sama. e) RHB tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan sekiranya Peserta yang disenaraipendekkan tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa-apa sebab sekalipun. f) Sekiranya berjaya dihubungi, Peserta yang disenaraipendekkan tersebut akan dianggap sebagai pemenang jika beliau dapat menjawab satu (1) soalan dengan betul dan bersetuju menerima hadiah ( Pemenang ). g) Sekiranya berlaku Peserta yang disenaraipendekkan tidak dapat menjawab soalan dengan betul, penyertaan beliau dianggap tidal layak dan Peserta berikutnya yang disenaraipendekkan daripada senarai yang sama akan dipilih untuk menjawab soalan. h) Pemilihan Pemenang adalah muktamad, dan surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayan. 24. Peserta digalakkan untuk menghubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan RHB di 03-9206 8118 bagi apaapa pertanyaan dan bantuan mengenai Program ini. TERMA DAN SYARAT UMUM 25. RHB berhak untuk menerbitkan atau memaparkan nama Peserta yang telah terpilih untuk menerima Ganjaran bagi Program ini, untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti. Dengan menyertai Program ini, Peserta dengan ini memberikan kebenaran dan bersetuju bahawa RHB bebas menyiarkan nama mereka tanpa pampasan untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti. 26. RHB tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan terhadap apa-apa kecelakaan, kecederaan atau kemalangan yang mungkin berlaku dalam penggunaan Ganjaran yang diterima di bawah Program ini. 27. RHB berhak untuk menambah, memadam, menggantung atau mengubah Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung di dalam dokumen ini, sama ada keseluruhannya atau sebahagiannya, atas budi bicara RHB dengan cara memuat naik ke laman sesawang RHB, atau dalam apa-apa cara yang dianggap sesuai oleh RHB pada bila-bila masa dengan memberikan notis dua puluh satu (21) hari kalendar terlebih dahulu. 28. Terma dan Syarat yang dipinda hendaklah mengatasi mana-mana peruntukan atau perwakilan yang terkandung di dalam mana-mana bahan promosi lain yang mengiklankan Program ini. 29. RHB tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kemungkiran disebabkan oleh bencana alam, peperangan, rusuhan, mogok, keganasan, wabak, sekat masuk, tindakan industri, kebakaran, banjir, kemarau, ribut atau apa-apa kejadian yang di luar kawalan RHB. 30. Peserta bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap semua cukai, kadar, fi kerajaan atau apa-apa caj lain yang boleh dikenakan terhadap mereka berdasarkan undang-undang, jika ada, berkaitan dengan Program ini. 31.
