Terms and Conditions Remit Money & Have a Coffee On Us Promotion 1. Definition 1.1 For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context otherwise requires: AmBank Group refers to any Related Corporations and/or the Associate Corporations of the Bank. Bank shall refer to AmBank (M) Berhad (Company No: 8515-D), a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered office at Level 22, Bangunan AmBank Group, No. 55, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Day means a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday) on which the Bank is open in the state where the place of business of the Bank is located. Promotion refers to the Remit Money & Have a Coffee On Us, organised by the Bank in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated herein. Retail Banking refers to consumer banking that caters for Retail Individual Customer, Retail Non- Individual Customer and Retail Small Medium Enterprises Customer. Retail Individual Customer refers to Individual Customer of the AmBank under Retail Banking segment. Retail Non - Individual Customer or Retail Small Medium Enterprises Customer refer(s) to the Bank s new or existing customers under the following categories: (a) manufacturing: sales turnover not exceeding RM50 million OR full-time employees not exceeding 200 workers; and (b) services and other sectors: sales turnover not exceeding RM20 million OR full-time employees not exceeding 75 workers. 1.2 Construction: Any reference in this Agreement to:- (a) person shall be construed as reference to any person, firm, company, corporation, government, state of agency of a state or any association or partnership (whether or not having separate legal personality) of two or more of the foregoing. 1.3 Interpretation: Save where the contrary is indicated, any reference in this Agreement to: (a) (b) (c) (d) words denoting the singular number shall include the plural number also and vice-versa; words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine / neuter gender and vice-versa; Associate Corporations shall have the same meaning assigned to it under Section 2(1) of the Financial Services Act 2013 and/or the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, where applicable; and Related Corporations shall have the same meaning assigned to it under Section 7 of the Companies Act 2016.

Promotion Period 2.1 The Promotion shall be for a period commencing from 2 nd January 2019 and ending on 31 st March 2019 (both dates are inclusive) ( Promotion Period ). The Bank reserves the right to vary or amend the duration of the Promotion Period at its sole and absolute discretion with Prior Notice. 3. Eligibility 3.1 The Promotion is open to all new and existing Retail Banking s customer(s) either from Retail Individual Customer, Retail Non-Individual Customer and Retail Small Medium Enterprises Customer ( Eligible Customer ) who performed foreign telegraphic transfer (FTT) with a minimum amount of RM 15,000 and above per transactions over the counter at any of the Bank s branch in Malaysia. 3.2 Employees of AmBank Group and their immediate family members (spouses, children and parents) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. 3.3 All remittances (under 3.1 above) by the Eligible Customers are subject to all relevant remittance charges, including but not limited to commission charges and the agent s or beneficiary bank s charges. The Bank shall not be liable to pay any of these charges. 4. The Promotion 4.1 Eligible Customer(s) who meets the criteria will be entitled to receive a Starbucks Gift Card ( Gift ) with the value of RM 20 upon successful FTT transactions. 4.2 The Eligible Customer(s) will be notified via SMS notification on their card number and security code to their valid mobile numbers within one (1) month from the date of transaction. Eligible Winners will be able to activate will be able to activate their Starbucks GiftCard once they receive their card number and security code via Starbucks website. Expiry of Starbucks GiftCard will be December 2021. 4.3 The Bank will not entertain any request from the Eligible Customer(s) to exchange the Gift with cash or any negotiation to obtain more than one (1) Gift for one (1) successful transaction. 4.4 The Gift is given based on first come first serve basis subject to 2,000 units stock available. 5. General 5.1 The Eligible Customer consents and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein, to be read together with the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Services available at: https://www.ambank.com.my/ambank/siteassets/sitepages/simple/terms-and-conditions /TC Accounts AndServicesEng.pdf 5.2 The Bank shall, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion without assigning any reason by giving written notice of at least three (3) calendar days prior to the date of such cancellation, termination and/or suspension. 5.3 Notwithstanding 2.1 above, the Bank shall have sole and absolute discretion to vary, amend, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions as set out herein from time to time by giving written notice of at least three (3) calendar days prior to the date of such variation, amendment, deletion and/or addition.

Terms and Conditions Remit Money & Have a Coffee On Us Promotion 5.4 Any notice issued by the Bank shall be posted on the Bank s official website at www.ambank.com.my or any of the Bank s branches AND THAT such notice, when posted at the Bank s official website or its branches, whichever is earlier, shall be deemed to have been delivered to the relevant Eligible Customer. 5.5 The Bank shall have absolute right to cancel the participation of or disqualify any Eligible Customer from participating in this Promotion if that the Eligible Customer: (a) has provided untrue information or acted fraudulently or wrongfully in any manner during the entry process or throughout the Promotion Period; or (b) has breached or potentially breached any of the terms and conditions herein stipulated and/or the terms and conditions under the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Services. 5.6 Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other provisions and/or representations contained in any other notices/promotion/advertising materials for this Promotion. 5.7 The Bank s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participating Eligible Customer. 5.8 The Bank shall not be held liable for any loss or damages including without limitation to loss of income, profits and/or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages loss of the Eligible Customers including, where relevant, the relevant third parties, howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion. All possibility of losses that have been advised by the Bank shall also be expressly excluded from the Bank s liability. 5.9 The Bank shall not be liable for any default in respect of this Promotion due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Bank. 5.10 All terms and conditions stipulated herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 5.11 The Eligible Customer(s) is required to log on to the Bank s official website at http://www.ambank.com.my/eng/terms-and-conditions for updates or the latest terms & conditions, if any.

Definisi 1.1 Untuk tujuan Terma dan Syarat ini, perkataan dan ungkapan berikut hendaklah mempunyai makna yang ditentukan baginya melainkan sekiranya konteks memerlukan sebaliknya: Kumpulan AmBank merujuk kepada semua Syarikat dan Syarikat Bersekutu yang berkaitan dengan Bank. Bank merujuk kepada AmBank (M) Berhad (Company No: 8515-D), syarikat yang diperbadankan di Malaysia dan mempunyai alamat berdaftar di Tingkat 22, Bangunan AmBank Group, No. 55 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Hari bermaksud hari (selain dari hari Sabtu, Ahad atau Cuti Umum) di mana Bank dibuka di negeri di mana terletaknya tempat perniagaan Bank. Promosi merujuk kepada Promosi Hantar Wang Dan Dapatkan Kopi Anda Dari Kami promosi yang dianjurkan oleh Bank menurut terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan di sini. Perbankan Runcit merujuk kepada perbankan runcit untuk Pelanggan Runcit Individu dan Pelanggan Runcit Bukan Individu. Pelanggan Runcit Individu merujuk kepada pelanggan individu AmBank dari Perbankan Runcit. Pelanggan Runcit Bukan Individu atau Pelanggan Perusahaan Kecil Sederhana juga merujuk kepada pelanggan baru atau sedia ada Bank terdiri daripada kategori berikut: (a) Pembuatan: Perolehan jualan tidak melebihi RM50 juta ATAU pekerja sepenuh masa tidak melebihi 200 pekerja; dan (b) Perkhidmatan dan sektor lain: Perolehan jualan tidak melebihi RM20 juta ATAU pekerja sepenuh masa tidak melebihi 75 pekerja. 1.2 Pembinaan: Sebarang rujukan dalam Perjanjian ini kepada: (a) "Individu" hendaklah ditafsirkan sebagai sebutan mengenai mana-mana individu, firma, syarikat, perbadanan, kerajaan, agensi negara atau mana-mana persatuan atau perkongsian (sama ada atau tidak mempunyai personaliti undang-undang yang berasingan) dua atau lebih daripada yang tersebut di atas. 1.3 Tafsiran: Sekiranya jika terdapat sebaliknya, sebarang rujukan dalam Perjanjian ini: (a) perkataan yang membawa maksud tunggal juga membawa maksud jamak dan juga sebaliknya; (b) perkataan yang menggambarkan jantina atau maskulin hendaklah termasuk jantina perempuan / feminine neuter dan sebaliknya; (c) "Syarikat Bersekutu" hendaklah mempunyai erti yang sama yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah Seksyen 2 (1) Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan 2013 atau Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan Islam 2013 mana-mana berkenaan dan (d) Syarikat Berkaitan" hendaklah mempunyai erti yang sama yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah Seksyen 7 Akta Syarikat 2016.

Terma Dan Syarat Promosi Hantar Wang Dan Dapatkan Kopi Anda Dari Kami 2. Tempoh Promosi 2.1 Promosi ini adalah untuk tempoh yang bermula dari 2 Januari 2019 dan berakhir pada 31 Mac 2019 (kedua-dua tarikh termasuk) ("Tempoh Promosi"). Pihak Bank berhak meminda atau mengubah Tempoh Promosi mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya dengan memberikan Notis Awal. 3. Kelayakan 3.1 Promosi ini terbuka kepada semua Pelanggan Runcit Individu dan Pelanggan Runcit Bukan Individu sama ada baru atau sedia ada ( Pelanggan Yang Layak ) melakukan sebarang transaksi pengiriman melalui Penghantaran Telegrafik Asing dengan jumlah minimum sebanyak RM 15,000 dan ke atas bagi setiap transaksi melalui kaunter sahaja di mana-mana cawangan Bank di Malaysia. 3.2 Kakitangan Kumpulan AmBank dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (suami, isteri, anak-anak dan ibu bapa) tidak layak untuk menyertai Promosi ini. 3.3 Kesemua pengiriman wang (merujuk kepada perenggan 3.1 di atas) yang dilakukan oleh Pelanggan Yang Layak menyertai Promosi ini adalah tertakluk kepada segala caj pengiriman yang berkaitan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada caj komisen dan caj ejen atau bank penerima. Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk membayar sebarang caj pengiriman yang berkaitan. 4. Promosi 4.1 Pelanggan Yang Layak memenuhi kriteria tersebut akan menerima Hadiah Kad Starbucks ( Hadiah ) dengan nilai berjumlah RM 20 bagi setiap transaksi yang berjaya. 4.2 Pelanggan Yang Layak akan dihubungi melalui pemberitahuan sms atas Nombor Kad dan Kod Keselamatan ke nombor telefon bimbit yang sah dalam tempoh masa satu (1) bulan dari tarikh transaksi. Pelanggan Yang Layak akan dapat mengaktifkan Hadiah Kad Starbucks sebaik sahaja mereka menerima Nombor Kad dan Kod Keselamatan melalui laman web Starbucks. Tarikh luput Hadiah Kad Starbucks adalah Disember 2021. 4.3 Pihak Bank tidak akan melayan sebarang permintaan dari pelanggan yang layak untuk menukarkan hadiah kepada bentuk wang atau sebarang perbincangan untuk mendapatkan lebih dari satu (1) unit Hadiah Kad Starbucks untuk satu (1) transaksi yang berjaya. 4.4 Hadiah yang diberikan adalah berdasarkan kepada siapa tuntut dahulu dapat, yang terhad kepada 2,000 unit stok yang disediakan. 5. Terma Dan Syarat Promosi Hantar Wang Dan Dapatkan Kopi Anda Dari Kami 5.2 Bank mempunyai hak dan budi bicara mutlak, pada bila-bila masa, untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Promosi ini dengan memberikan notis bertulis sekurang-kurangnya tiga (3) hari mengikut kalendar sebelum tarikh pembatalan, pembubaran, atau penggantungan. 5.3 Walaupun dengan syarat dalam perenggan 2.1 di atas, Bank mempunyai budi bicara dan hak mutlak untuk mengubah, meminda, memadam atau menambah apa-apa terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di dalamnya dari semasa ke semasa dengan memberikan notis bertulis sekurang-kurangnya tiga (3) hari kalendar sebelum tarikh perubahan, pindaan, penghapusan dan penambahan. 5.4 Sebarang notis yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank akan dipaparkan di laman sesawang rasmi Bank di www.ambank.com.my atau di cawangannya, DAN BAHAWA notis berkenaan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah diberikan apabila telah dipaparkan di laman sesawang rasmi atau di cawangannya, yang mana lebih awal dan hendaklah disifatkan telah dihantar kepada Pelanggan Layak yang berkaitan. 5.5 Bank mempunyai hak mutlak untuk membatalkan penyertaan atau membatalkan kelayakan mana-mana Pelanggan Yang Layak daripada mengambil bahagian dalam Promosi sekiranya Pelanggan Yang Layak: a) memberikan maklumat yang tidak benar atau melakukan penipuan atau kesalahan dalam apa-apa cara semasa proses penyertaan atau di sepanjang Tempoh Promosi; atau b) melanggar atau berpotensi melanggar mana-mana terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini dan atau Terma dan Syarat Umum Untuk Akaun Dan Perkhidmatan. 5.6 Melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya, terma dan syarat ini akan mengatasi mana-mana peruntukan lain dan/atau perwakilan yang terkandung dalam mana-mana notis/promosi/bahan pengiklanan lain untuk Promosi ini. 5.7 Keputusan Bank dalam semua perkara berkaitan Promosi ini adalah muktamad dan mengikat semua Pelanggan Yang Layak yang mengambil bahagian. 5.8 Pihak Bank tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan terhadap apa-apa kerugian atau kerosakan, termasuklah tanpa had kepada, kehilangan pendapatan, keuntungan, nama baik, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, sampingan, turutan, teladan, kerosakan punitif atau khas bagi mana-mana pihak termasuklah pihak ketiga, walau bagaimana cara sekalipun ia timbul sama ada dalam kontrak, tort, kelalaian atau sebaliknya, berhubung dengan penyertaan di dalam Promosi ini. Segala kerugian yang telah dinasihati oleh Pihak Bank tentang kemungkinan berlakunya kerugian akan dikecualikan daripada liabiliti Bank. 5.9 Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang keingkaran berkaitan dengan Promosi ini disebabkan oleh sebarang bencana alam, peperangan, rusuhan, mogok, sekat masuk, tindakan industri, kebakaran, banjir, kemarau, ribut, kegagalan teknikal atau sistem atau sebarang peristiwa di luar kawalan munasabah Bank. 5.10 Semua terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan di sini akan ditadbir dan ditafsirkan menurut undang-undang Malaysia. 5.11 Pelanggan Yang Layak dikehendaki melayari laman sesawang Bank di http://www.ambank.com.my/eng/terms-and-conditions untuk kemas kini terma dan syarat terkini sekiranya ada.
