Property Holding a.s., Panenská 13, Bratislava, 811 03 HOLIDAY COTTAGE - KVAČANY Accommodation-Related Contractual Terms and Conditions - Accommodation Policy and Rules: PREAMBULE: Accommodation premises for the clients: Holiday Cottage - Kvačany (hereinafter referred to as "Cottage". The accommodation provided to the clients is governed by the Slovak law and order and by these Accommodation-Related Contractual Terms and Conditions - Accommodation Policy and Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Accommodation Policy and Rules"). Together with the accommodation, the client also accepts the Accommodation Policy and Rules as a contractual condition and is obliged to meet Its provisions. The client shall make themselves adequately familiar with the Accommodation Policy and Rules and their lack of knowledge shall not be taken into consideration. The Accommodation Policy and Rules will also be available at the reception of the Hotel: Wellness Hotel Chopok **** (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") in Slovak, English and Polish. I. Accommodation Terms and Conditions and Its Provision 1. The Hotel is entitled to provide accommodation to the client, who will check in at the Hotel reception in due form. For this purpose, the client shall provide the Hotel employee at the reception with their ID card, passport or some other valid identification document within the meaning of Act No. 253/1998 Coll. on Notification of Citizen Residency and on the Population Register of the Slovak Republic as amended and within the meaning of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Protection of Personal Data and on Changes in and Amendments to Certain Acts for inspection upon their arrival. 2. Each client, who is of other than Slovak citizenship (any foreigner) shall, as per Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on Stay of Foreign Nationals and on Changes in and Amendments to Certain Acts, fill in and hand over an official stay notification form given to them by a Hotel employee to the Hotel receptionist upon their arrival, in which only true and complete information shall be stated. 3. On the basis of the accommodation ordered, the client can check in between 2.00 p.m. and 12.00 midnight on the day of their arrival. Up to that moment the Hotel shall book the Cottage for the client unless there was a different request stated in the order and it has been confirmed by the Hotel. 4. The client, who checks in before 6.00 a.m. or insists on the provision of accommodation before 10.00 a.m. shall pay the full price of the previous night if not agreed otherwise between the Hotel and the client in advance. 5. The client shall check out at 11.00 a.m. at the latest. By then, they shall make the Cottage available if not agreed otherwise in advance on individual basis. Should the client fail to make the Cottage available by 11.00 a.m., the Hotel can charge the client for the entire following day if not agreed otherwise in advance. The Cottage is considered available once the client takes all their belongings out of Its premises, hands the keys over at the Hotel reception and checks out with a Hotel employee in charge. The Hotel reserves the right to check the furniture and fixtures in the Cottage (furniture, appliances, forgotten things) and client's payments and consumption within 1 hour from the moment the Cottage was made available by the client. 6. In case that the client asks for a prolongation of their stay, they shall not be entitled to the provision of accommodation in the Cottage, in which they were initially put up or to any other accommodation should the Hotel be unable to provide such accommodation for capacity or operation-related reasons. 7. In exceptional cases, the Hotel reserves the right to provide the client with accommodation different from what was initially ordered should such accommodation not be substantially different from the accommodation stated in the confirmed order. 8. The Hotel provides Its clients with the services in the scope, in which these have been mutually agreed and in the scope stipulated by a relevant applicable legal regulation. The client shall pay for their accommodation and provided services in accordance with the valid Hotel price list on the day of stay termination at the latest. The above shall have no impact on payment terms and conditions as per accommodation contracts. The price list of temporary accommodation and other services can be seen at the Hotel reception. 9. The client shall adapt their stay in the Cottage and all the facilities and establishments of the Hotel to their health conditions and their physical and mental abilities. II. Payment for the Accommodation Provided and Cancellation Fees 1. For the accommodation and services provided, the client shall pay the price as per the valid Hotel price list based on a bill or invoice submitted together with the documents proving the advance payments made by the client, however, not later than on the day of stay termination. Should the stay take longer than seven days the client shall pay for the entire stay on the seventh day of such stay unless agreed otherwise between the Hotel and the client. The bill or the invoice for the stay shall be due upon its submitting to the client. 2. The price list of temporary accommodation and other services can be seen at the Hotel reception. 3. The Hotel reserves the right to ask the client for an advance payment of 50 to 100% of the accommodation price. The booking shall become binding for the Hotel once the advance payment is credited to Its account. The advance payment shall not be returned. 1

4. If the client makes their stay shorter, the Hotel shall be entitled to charge the client the entire amount agreed for all the days of the stay in question. 5. The Hotel shall be entitled to charge the following cancellation fines in case that the client cancels their booking in writing, in electronic form, over the phone or by fax in the periods below: More than 28 days prior to the check-in, free of charge; 28 to 15 days prior to the check-in, 30% of the accommodation price; 14 to 2 days prior to the check-in, 50 % advance payment of the accommodation price; the rest of the price + the local fee on the day of check-in; 100% of the accommodation price when booking less than 2 days prior to the check-in; 6. In case that the client is fully or partially late with their payment for the accommodation booked, they shall pay an interest on late payment in the amount of 0.05% of the overdue amount for each day of such delay. III. Deposit 1. On the first day of their stay, the client shall pay the deposit of 200.00, which will be used as a financial security for the cases of Accommodation Policy and Rules being breached by the client, especially but not limited to the compensation for damages, payment of outstanding accommodation-related amounts, payment of fines as per the Accommodation Policy and Rules and/or legal interests on late payment (hereinafter referred to as the "Deposit"). 2. The Hotel shall meet all Its obligations towards the client arising from the Accommodation Policy and Rules and, at the same time, shall return to the client the entire Deposit within seven (7) days as of the day of accommodation termination in the form of a wireless transfer to the bank account stated by the client. IV. Hotel's and Client's Obligations 1. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any damage to the things the client brought to the Cottage and/or to the Hotel and kept there. 2. The Hotel shall not be responsible for any jewellery, money or other valuables. 3. The Hotel shall inform the client on the value of the Cottage furniture and fixtures. The client shall be held responsible for any damage to the equipment or furniture and fixtures as per relevant applicable legal regulations. Should any of the Cottage furniture and fixtures become damaged or destroyed, the Hotel will be entitled to compensation for such damage in the amount of the procurement value of the destroyed or damaged furniture and fixtures. The value of the Cottage furniture and fixtures is stated in the list available in the Cottage or at the Hotel reception. It is in client's interest to ask for information on the content of such list, should any equipment in the Cottage become damaged or devalued. The client, who acts as a representative in charge, shall be responsible for any damages caused by the minors, for whom they are accountable as well as for any damages caused by people or animals present on the Cottage premises, who and which stay there with client's consent. 4. Should any damage be caused to the Cottage furniture and fixtures, the client shall compensate for such caused damage on the day of their stay termination at the latest or based on an invoice issued within 14 days as of client's stay termination, which will be due in 10 days as of its delivery to the client supposing that the Hotel decides on such method of compensation for the damage in question. Otherwise, the damage shall be deducted from the DEPOSIT - as per clause III, No. 1. 5. If the client refuses to pay for the damaged or destroyed equipment of the Cottage as per the terms and conditions stated in clause 5 hereof, the Hotel will be entitled to charge the client with a contractual fine of 0.05% of the outstanding payment for each day of arrears together with the interest on late payment in the amount stipulated by generally binding legal regulations. 6. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any skis or ski shoes kept on the Cottage premises. 7. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any theft or damage to motor vehicles parked next to the Cottage and/or the Hotel. It is recommended to the guests to make sure that they have properly locked and secured their cars. It is also recommended not to leave any personal belongings in their cars. 8. The client shall act so as to prevent any damages to health, property, nature or environment. It is recommended to the clients to keep the entrance door locked during their stay in the Cottage. Before opening the door to unknown persons, ask for their reason for entering the Cottage and, if in doubts about their request to enter, contact the Hotel reception immediately. Before leaving the Cottage, the client shall check properly whether all the windows and doors are locked, water taps are closed and electric appliances and lighting are switched off, the upper floor included. 9. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client outside the Cottage and/or Hotel premises. V. Catering and selling of alcoholic drinks in the Wellness hotel Chopok **** (provisions of this article shall be applicable to the clients using Hotel services) 1. On the Hotel premises, the clients shall not drink any alcoholic drinks not purchased in the Hotel. The persons of over 18 years of age shall only be allowed to drink alcoholic drinks listed in the Hotel menu of beverages or wine card in the Hotel premises. 2. The client will not be entitled to bring any alcoholic drinks or food purchased outside the Hotel premises to such premises. 3. The client shall inform the staff of the Hotel on any serious health limitations or food restrictions, which will be reported either the Hotel receptionist or the restaurant manager. 2

4. The staff of the Hotel will be entitled to refuse to sell or serve any alcoholic drinks to those of less than 18 years of age and those clearly under the influence of alcohol. 5. The Hotel shall serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in two of Its restaurants in the time frame stated in the Hotel Operating Instructions. Outside the period dedicated to lunch and dinner serving, the client may ask the staff for refreshments, which will be prepared based on kitchen possibilities. 6. It is forbidden to take food out of the restaurant after breakfast! 7. When visiting the restaurant, the clients are recommended to wear appropriate clothes, especially at dinnertime. VI. Instructions Related to Personal Data Protection and Consent with Such Data Processing 1. The client (hereinafter also referred to as the "Concerned Party") hereby acknowledges that PROPERTY HOLDING a.s., Company Reg. No.: 36 358 606 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Keeper") processes guests' personal data as per Act No. 122/2013 of Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Changes in and Amendments to Certain Acts as amended: According to Act No. 253/1998 of Coll. on Notification of Citizen Residency and on the Population Register of the Slovak Republic as amended, in the following scope: forename and surname, ID card or passport number, address of permanent residence and stay duration for the purposes stipulated in the act; According to Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the Residence of Foreign Nationals and on Changes in and Amendments to Certain Acts as amended, in the following scope: forename and surname, date and place of birth, citizenship, place of permanent residence, purpose of their stay, passport number and other data, visa number, address of their stay in the Slovak Republic, name of the person/entity providing accommodation to them, signature and forenames and surnames of children travelling with such foreign national for the purposes stipulated in the act (should the guest be a citizen of a third country); According to Act No. 404/2011 of Coll. on the Residence of Foreign Nationals and on Changes in and Amendments to Certain Acts as amended, in the following scope: forename and surname, date of birth, citizenship, passport or ID card number and other data and signature for the purposes stipulated in the act (should the guest be a citizen of the European Union or a relative of a Union citizen); According to Act No. 582/2004 of Coll. on Local Taxes and Fees on Municipal Waste and Small Construction Wastes as amended in the scope stipulated in the currently applicable generally binding legal regulation of the village/municipality Demänovská Dolina (the 17th March, 2014, in the following scope: forename and surname, place of permanent residence, date of birth, dates of guest arrival and departure specified in generally binding legal regulation of the municipality No. 01/2013 and No. 2/2013) for the purposes stipulated in such regulations; According to the accommodation agreement (Accommodation-Related Contractual Terms and Conditions - Accommodation Policy and Rules) in the scope of personal data provided as part of the booking process and for the purpose of accommodation agreement conclusion and implementation so as to provide the ordered services and fulfil the contractual duties; Based on the consent to process personal data consisting of guest's forename, surname, place of permanent residence, email address and phone number given by the guest being the party concerned; this consent is given by the guest as free act and deed and the guest expressly provides the data to PROPERTY HOLDING a.s., Company Reg. No.: 36 358 36,358,606 by signing the accommodation agreement (Accommodation-Related Contractual Terms and Conditions - Accommodation Policy and Rules) for the purpose of marketing activity performance, especially participation in loyalty or similar programs organised by the Hotel for the period, in which such activities take place. This consent can be taken back in the form of a written request before the time, for which the consent is given, expires. 2. It shall be obligatory to provide personal data based on the above-specified legal regulations and for the purpose of this accommodation agreement. Should the guest, in conflict with their legal duties, refuse to provide the Hotel Keeper with their personal data, the Hotel Keeper shall not provide such guest with accommodation services. It shall be optional to provide personal data based on the consent given by the Concerned Party. 3. The Hotel Keeper shall not make the provided personal data available to the public, shall not transfer such data abroad and shall only provide/make such data accessible to state or public administration authorities specified in the above-stated or other generally binding legal regulations, especially to the Police Force of the Slovak Republic and the authorities performing tasks related to the protection of constitutional establishment, national order and safety and defence of the state and to the municipality acting as a tax administrator. 4. By signing the document the client as the Concerned Party hereby acknowledges that They have been informed on Their rights as per 28 of Act No. 122/2013 on Personal Data Protection and on Changes in and Amendments to Certain Acts as amended by PROPERTY HOLDING a.s., Company Registration No.:36 358 606, especially on: Their right to ask the Hotel Keeper in writing for the confirmation of their personal data being or not being processed; Their right to ask the Hotel Keeper in writing in generally understandable form for information on personal data processing in the information system, exact information on the source, from which their personal data was taken to be processed and for the list of their personal data subject to processing; Their right to ask the Hotel Keeper in writing for the correction or liquidation of their incorrect, incomplete or obsolete personal data subject to processing and for the liquidation of their personal data, the purpose of processing of which does no longer exist; should there be any official documents containing personal data subject to processing, the party concerned can request their sending back; Their right to ask the Hotel Keeper in writing to ensure the liquidation of their personal data subject to processing should an act be breached and blocking of such personal data should their consent be taken back prior to the applicability period expiration; Their right to file a proposal for the initiation of personal data protection-related proceedings to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic in case of any suspicion of illegal data processing; VII. Generally Applicable Provisions 1. Without consent given by the Hotel employee in charge, the client shall not move any interior equipment, perform any changes and improvements to the Cottage furniture and fixtures or interfere in any manner with the grid or any other installation. 2. It is strictly forbidden to smoke on the entire Cottage premises. Any breach of the above smoking restriction shall be subject to the fine of 100.00. It is strictly forbidden to use any narcotic or psychotropic substances on the Cottage premises. 3

3. The Cottage is equipped with smoke detectors. Should any smoke be detected in the building that, subsequently, requires an emergency response (JAGER vehicle arrival) the client shall be charged with the fine of 100.00. In case of fire brigade emergency response the client shall pay the full amount of such response, including the compensation for the damage to the Cottage furniture and fittings. 4. The client has been made familiar with the use of the fire extinguisher and instructed on the best escape route in case of fire. 5. It is required to change shoes when entering the Cottage. Before entering the building, it is also required to clean one s shoes. It is forbidden to enter the premises in sports shoes/ski shoes, hiking shoes etc. 6. The bedsheets are changed on a weekly basis. Kitchen towels, cleaning equipment and sanitary supplies available in shower rooms and toilets shall be included in the accommodation price. The shower rooms are equipped with shower units with hot and cold water and toilets. 7. It is strictly forbidden to put any third parties who did not check in at the Hotel reception up in the Cottage. Should that be the case the client shall pay for each such person the fine in the amount of 200,00/person/night. 8. In the hotel premises, it is further forbidden to: - Use and enter the rooms marked with the 'PRIVAT VSTUP ZAKÁZANÝ' sign; - Use the garage located in the Cottage yard and marked with the PRIVAT VSTUP ZAKÁZANÝ sign; - Use any safety equipment of the Cottage marked with the PRIVAT VSTUP ZAKÁZANÝ sign; - Enter the premises for Cottage control marked with the PRIVAT VSTUP ZAKÁZANÝ sign. 9. The clients are strictly forbidden to use the wellness centre (pools, saunas) of the Wellness hotel Chopok **** when under the influence of alcohol or psychotropic substances. The clients suffering from cardiovascular diseases or having any health issues or other diseases, due to which their health conditions can worsen or life can be in danger by their stay in the pool or sauna, will use the sauna or pool of the wellness centre purely at their own risk and liability. 10. Parents are fully responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children in the entire Cottage and Hotel premises, the Hotel wellness centre included! 11. Dogs and other animals are only allowed to stay on the Cottage premises upon agreement with the Hotel employee in charge or as agreed in advance between the client and the Hotel supposing that the client proves their medical fitness. If the client fails to report the presence of a dog and/or another animal at the Hotel reception, they will pay a fine in the amount of EUR 200.00/individual animal/night. The price for providing accommodation to an animal shall be as per applicable price list of the Hotel. As regards accommodation policy for dogs and other animals, the following measures shall apply: Dogs and other animals are forbidden to enter and stay in the areas, where food is stored or prepared or where meals and drinks are served; Dogs and other animals are forbidden to enter the premises of the Hotel wellness centre; Each dog shall be on the leash and shall wear a muzzle when in any of the Hotel public areas; Dogs and other animals shall not be allowed to rest - lie in beds or other furnishings designed for clients to rest on/in; The equipment used for the preparation and serving of food for the clients shall not be used for feeding animals; Should any damage to the Cottage equipment be caused by an animal the client shall fully compensate for the damage in question; the owner of an animal and the client, who allowed such animal to stay in the Cottage, shall be fully responsible for it. 12. The handover of the Cottage and its takeover by the client shall take place the day the client's stay starts and the handover of the Cottage by the client and Its takeover by the Hotel employee shall take place the day the client's stay ends, all that on the basis of a handover/takeover certificate signed by the Hotel employee and the client. The handover/takeover certificate shall contain the specification and description of Cottage conditions, including the conditions of Its equipment and furniture and fixtures. 13. On the day of their stay termination, the client will be obliged to take all their belongings out of the Cottage premises, tidy the Cottage and hand It over to the Hotel employee in the manner specified in clause 8, including Its equipment, furniture and fixtures, which were handed over to the client together with the Cottage the day their stay started. The client shall hand the Cottage over in the conditions, in which they took It over the day their stay started. Should it be discovered that the Cottage was not tidied up and the building is extremely dirty /mud, vomits, broken bottles etc. /, the Hotel will be entitled to charge the fine in the amount of 80.00 representing the actual damage that occurred to the Hotel. 14. Prior to their leaving, the client shall close all the water taps, switch off all the lights in the entire Cottage and its attachments, close the windows in the rooms with terraces and/or balconies, tidy up the Cottage, empty the dishwasher, empty and clean the fridge, clean the cooker, oven, fireplace and grill, return the Cottage to the same perfect conditions as when It was taken over, lock the door and leave the keys at the Hotel reception or hand them over to an appointed Hotel employee. Should the client loose the keys the Hotel shall charge them 50.00 per piece. 15. Any rubbish generated shall be separated and placed only to the containers placed at dedicated places. 16. Due to safety reasons, the hotel recommends not to leave children under the age of 12 without adult supervision in the Cottage or social premises of the Hotel. 13. In the period between 10.00 p.m. and 06.00 a.m., the client shall observe the noise control policy and shall not behave in the manner disturbing their neighbours. 17. The employee appointed by the Hotel will be entitled to check the observance of the accommodation contract, noise control policy, behaviour of the clients and quality of interpersonal relations. 4

18. On the Cottage and/or Hotel premises, the client shall not carry any gun or munitions or shall not keep those in the state enabling their immediate use. 19. It is forbidden to change the satellite TV channels set. Should the TV channel become un-tuned the client shall pay the fine of 40.00 to compensate for the expenses connected with new TV channel tuning! 20. It is strictly forbidden to use the fire place without the fire-place door closed! 21. Should there be any increased interest of the clients in the services of the Wellness hotel Chopok ****, namely in additional services such as pool table, bowling, wellness or sauna, the Hotel reserves the right to limit the entry or use of the services by the client to 1 hour of additional service duration. 22. Any of the clients' complaints or suggestions related to Hotel activity improvement shall be submitted to the Hotel management. The suggestions and complaints book is available at the Hotel reception. 23. Any fines and/or interests on late payment as per this Accommodation Policy and Rules applied by the Hotel towards the client shall be paid by the client on the day of their stay termination at the latest or based on an invoice issued within 14 days as of the day of client's stay termination, which will be due in 10 days as of its delivery to the client supposing that the Hotel decides on such method of payment of fines and/or interests on late payment. 24. Any disputes arising from legal relations that are based on or related to this contract, including disputes related to the validity, interpretation or termination hereof and disputes between the parties on determining whether there is the law or legal relationship or not, shall be decided in arbitration proceedings by the Permanent Court of Arbitration established by the Association of Construction, Consulting and Commercial Companies in the Slovak Republic (Asociácia stavebných, konzultačných a obchodných spoločnosti v SR), registered office: Zelená 2, 811 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company Reg. No.: 45 744 980. The above arbitration proceedings shall be, as per internal regulations of the arbitration court, conducted by one arbiter appointed as per internal regulations of the arbitration court of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (the internal regulations published at the official website www.rozhodcovskysud.com). The parties shall accept the decision made by the Permanent Court of Arbitration assuming that such decision will be final and binding for the parties. The place of arbitration proceedings shall be Bratislava, the Slovak Republic. 25. The client shall observe the provisions of the Accommodation Policy and Rules. Should the client fail to observe the Accommodation Policy and Rules, the Hotel will have the right to refuse to provide accommodation services and to withdraw from the accommodation contract before the time agreed is over. Should the above be the case, the Hotel will be entitled to the full accommodation price. The client shall subsequently leave the Cottage immediately. The client shall make themselves familiar with the Hotel operating and safety rules and all Its equipment, including but not limited to the wellness centre, pool and saunas and shall comply with them accordingly. 26. The person, to whom accommodation was provided, i.e. the client, shall be held responsible for any damages to the Cottage furniture and fixtures or equipment. By signing the document, the client hereby acknowledges that they have been made familiar with all the operating instructions of the accommodation, catering and wellness-related premises of the Wellness hotel Chopok **** and the Kvačany Cottage. The lack of knowledge concerning the provisions shall not be the reason for not fulfilling one's obligations arising from the Generally Applicable Provisions of the Kvačany Cottage. 27. The Hotel reserves the right to change the operating hours of individual centres in the Wellness hotel Chopok **** based on the current season. 28. There is a WIFI internet connection available in the Cottage, for which the following password is used: chatakvacany. 29. By signing this document the client hereby confirms, as per Act No. 122/2013 of Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Changes in and Amendments to Certain Acts as amended, that they have been made familiar with personal data processing and should a relevant field of Annex No. 1 be ticked, they hereby express their consent with their personal data processing. The content of the instructions related to personal data protection and the consent with such data processing form part of Annex No. 1 i.e. an integral part of these Accommodation- Related Contractual Terms and Conditions - Accommodation Rules. 30.
