Ordinance amending an ordinance entitled, An ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to enter into agreements with the County of Westchester for the continuing operation by the City of White Plains programs for year 2018, under Titles III-B, III-C-1 and the Nutrition Services Incentive Program of the Older Americans Act. 35. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contract with Dr. Pauline Mosley, to provide curriculum development and staff training services for the 21 st Century Learning Center Steam Academy. 36. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute on behalf of the City, a contract with Dr. Pauline Mosley, to provide curriculum development and staff training services for st the 21 Century Learning Center Steam Academy. 37. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to funding from the Friends of the White Plains Youth Bureau in the amount of $12,000, to support the OASAS Program by funding the Youth Court Program. 38. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor to direct the Budget Director to amend the Youth Bureau Budget to accept $12,000, to support the OASAS Program by funding the Youth Court Program for the period January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, and amend the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Youth Development Fund. 39. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contribution from the Friends of the White Plains Youth Bureau, of $78,500 to support the Youth Bureau s High School Boys Academy Program, Saturday Academy Elementary/Middle School Program, Girls Academy School Program, Girls on the Move Program, My Brother s Keeper Program, and Keeper of the Dream Program for the period October 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. 40. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to accept contributions from the Friends of the White Plains Youth Bureau, of $78,500 to support the Youth Bureau s High School Boys Academy Program, Saturday Academy Elementary/Middle School Program, Girls Academy School Program, Girls on the Move Program, My Brother s Keeper Program, and Keeper of the Dream Program for the period

October 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, and authorizing the Mayor to direct the Budget Director to amend the Youth Development Fund accordingly. 41. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contract with SUNY Great Potential Program to receive a grant in the amount of $11,500. 42. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to enter into a contract with the SUNY Great Potential Program to receive a grant in the amount of $11,500, and to authorize the Budget Director to amend the FY 2018/2019 Youth Development Fund to reflect this grant. 43. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contract to accept a $40,000 Award from the Westchester Clubmen Foundation to be used to operate the Higher Aims Program. 44. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute a contract to accept on behalf of the City of White Plains Youth Bureau, a $40,000 award from the Westchester Clubmen Foundation to be used to operate the Clubmen Higher Aims Program, and to authorize the Budget Director to amend the FY 2018-2019 Youth Development Fund to reflect this Award. 45. Communication from Chairman, Transportation Commission, in relation to amending the Traffic Ordinance at various locations around the City. 46. Ordinance amending the Traffic Ordinance of the City of White Plains in relation to creating No Parking 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Monday through Friday Zones on Smith Avenue and on Davis Avenue, and creating Stop Intersections on Holbrooke Road (westbound at its intersection with Holbrooke Road (eastbound approaches). RESOLUTIONS: 47.
