ORDINANCE NO. 2004- TAX LEVY ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OD' TOLONO, ILLINOIS FOR 2004-2005 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tolono, County of Champaign and State of Illinois, did on the 20th day of July, A. D., 2004, pass the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance, for said Village of Tolono, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning on the first day of May, 2004 and ending on April 30, 2005, the amount of which is ascertained to be the aggregate sum of $1,402,700.00 which said budget and appropriation hill was duly published as provided by law; and, WHEREAS, $1,278,455.00 will be received from sources other than real estate taxes, leaving the total amount of $124,245.00 to be received from levy of taxes for said year for the following purposes and funds: FUND NO. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is deemed invalid, the balance of said ordinance shall be given full force and effect to the extent allowed by law. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication in lawful pamphlet form.
