(SCSRM collects premiums from Members for payment to SELF) $5,000,000 Employment Claims Ultimate Net Loss Each Occurrence, including defense costs - Injunctive Relief (Defense fees and costs ONLY) Each Claim Coverage Subject to the Member s Deductible and Limits of Liability, SCSRM agrees to pay, on behalf of the Covered Party, those sums for Ultimate Net Loss which the Covered Party shall become obligated to pay as Damages, by reason of liability imposed by law, because of Bodily Injury and Property Damage, to which this MOC applies, caused by an Occurrence (as defined in the Liability Memorandum of Coverage [MOC], Section 2.30.A) and because of Errors and Omissions and Employment Claims, to which this MOC applies, caused by an Occurrence (as defined in the Liability MOC, Section 2.30.B). It is hereby understood and agreed that coverage is provided for injunctive relief claims to the limit as stated on the Declarations page for the Covered Party s defense fees and costs only. PROPERTY PROGRAM ALL RISK Named Insured Southern California Schools Risk Management (SCSRM) Member Riverside Community College District Schedule of Insurer s & Reinsurer s Primary Excess Southern California Schools Risk Management (SCSRM) & Members CSAC EIA Reinsured with Lexington Insurance Co., Coverage All Risk including Boiler and Machinery and Flood as per CSAC EIA Memorandum of Coverage - subject to Memorandum exclusions and limitations, and as defined in the CSAC-EIA Property Memorandum of Coverage. Interest/Coverage includes but is not limited to: Real Property Personal Property Business Interruption, Rental Income including Revenue Bond Payments, as scheduled Boiler Explosion and Machinery Breakdown as scheduled Course of Construction Licensed Vehicles per schedule on file with SCSRM Flood Coverage Electronic Equipment Coverage (EDP) for participating members Member Self Insured Retention $100,000 The following is understood to apply per occurrence (for 100%) unless otherwise stated: Flood Cyber Liability $25,000 or 2% of total values per unit (Zones A & V), whichever is greater $1,000,000 per member aggregate 4

It is not intended to identify each and every exclusion, limitation, or restriction on coverage. The exclusions listed herein may materially modify, reduce, or eliminate the coverage provided by the Memorandum of Coverage. To the extent there exists any discrepancy between this document and the Memorandum of Coverage, the Memorandum shall control. We recommend that you carefully review the Memorandum of Coverage for a complete list of applicable exclusions. Exclusions include: Earthquake Aircraft, Watercraft, and Rolling Stock Standing Timber, Growing Crops and Animals (except specially trained animals) Dams, Piers, Wharves, Docks, Underground Pipes, Outfalls, Tunnels, Bridges, Catwalks, Roadways, Highways, Streets, Sidewalks, Culverts, Street Lights and Traffic Signals, etc., unless scheduled Land and Land values (and water excess of primary limit) Property in due course of Ocean Marine Transit Shipment by mail after delivery into the custody of the Post Office Department Course of Construction (non-incidental excess of $100,000,000 project value) Power Transmission and Feeder Lines more than 1000 feet from insured s premises Railroad Property except while in Course of Construction Pollution, Contamination or Seepage (except Accidental Contamination) Electronic Date Recognition Asbestos excess of the primary limit 5
