(A Government of India Enterprise) SHORTLISTING OF ARCHITECTS FOR REFURBISHMENT OF STATE COORDINATOR S OFFICE BENGALURU M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, a Govt. of India Enterprise, wishes to Shortlist reputed and competent architects having the capacity to execute Architectural Services like conceptualizing, designing, supervising the works which include Civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm system, etc. for carrying out Refurbishment of our State Coordinator s Office at Bengaluru. The area of the above office is approx. 13750 square feet. The shortlisting criteria are as follows a) The Architect must have executed at least one project of similar nature and quantum during last three years, ending on 31/05/2016. b) The vendor should have an average annual financial turnover of atleast ` 4.5 lakhs during the past three financial years, i.e. 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16, and the same has to be supported by Audited Financial Statements. The following documents need to be submitted along with the application form i. Audited Balance Sheet of the last three financial years. ii. Audited Profit & Loss Account of the last three financial years. c) Vendor should have successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending 31/05/2016 as per the following ii. iii. i. Three similar completed works of value not less than ` 152 lakhs each OR Two similar completed works of value not less than ` 190 lakhs each OR One similar completed work of value not less than ` 304 lakhs. d) The Owner/Propreitor/Partner/Member of directors of the Architect firm should either be a member of Indian Institute of Architects, Karnataka chapter or should be registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi. Copy of proof in support of the above must be submitted.

e) The Architect must be based in Bengaluru or must have a fully functional office in Bengaluru. Copy of proof in support of the above must be submitted, like, proof of address, service tax registration copy/firm Registration Certificate, etc. f) It is mandatory for the Architect to provide their current corporate client list. This list should provide details of the Company, name of the contract person of the company and contact address/numbers. g) The vendor must submit a copy each of Incorporation Certificate, PAN No., Service Tax Registration, VAT, EPF, etc. as applicable. h) The vendor should have ESI & EPF Registration (submit documentary proof). Site visit by the committee a) BPCL officials will visit any of the Architect's executed sites if necessary, to ascertain the criteria mentioned above. b) The committee visit shall evaluate broadly on the following aspects i. Interior works executed on the site ii. Verification of experience with client iii. Documents/site records pertaining to statutory compliances iv. Client feedback The Architects will have to satisfy the financial as well as site visit criteria in order to qualify for the shortlisting. The TDS statement to be submitted by the architect in the format as Annexure B shall match with the amount mentioned in the Purchase Order, failing which the sum total of the amount mentioned in the Form 16A/Form 26AS against the client alone will be considered. Please prepare separate matching statements for separate Work Order/Purchase Order.
