Resolution of the Common Counsel of the City of White Plains approving the application submitted on behalf of Hale WP Owner, LLC ( Applicant ), owner of the properties known as Hale Avenue and Hale Avenue, known as Section , Block 1, Lots 1-4, and Section , Block 2, Lots 1 & respectively, for Special Permits, permission for satellite parking and site plan approvals to construct two residential buildings, one on each parcel containing a total of 127 units and payment by the applicant of fee-in-lieu in the amount of $393,500, to be used exclusively for park, playground and other recreational purposes, including the acquisition of real property, to mitigate the recreational impact of the new multi-family project, in accordance with General City Law Section 27-A. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute an agreement on behalf of the City of White Plains with Westchester Merchant Services, Inc. of White Plains for the placement of an 24 hour ATM machine at the Ebersole Ice Rink. 41. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to additional funding in the amount of $7,775, for Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act Youth Employment Services. 42. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to amend the contract with the County of Westchester, acting on behalf of the Westchester Putnam Investment Board through the Workforce Development Academy for Youth, to receive an additional $7,775 in funding for Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act Youth Employment Services to in school and out of school youth, 14 to 24 years of age for the period beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, Communication from the Mayor in relation to extending coverage for the salary differential and benefits for employees serving active military duty. 44. Ordinance amending an ordinance entitled, An ordinance granting compensatory benefits for up to six months to City officers and employees who are members of the armed forces reserves and who are ordered to active military duty pursuant to Executive Order 13223, signed by the President of the United States on September 14, 2001, or other duty compelled by federal or state law related to the terrorist attacks of September 11, Communication from Commissioner of Parking in relation to a contract with Integrated Technical Systems, Inc., for hardware and software warranties on 98 of the multi-space parking meters. 46. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to enter into a renewal agreement with Integrated Technical Systems, Inc., on behalf of the City of White Plains pertaining to hardware and software warranties on 98 of the multi-space parking meters in use throughout the City s Municipal Parking System. 47. Communication from Chairman, Transportation Commission, in relation to amending the Traffic Ordinance with regard to Cleveland Street. 48.
