1 REWHC 100 Club Lottery Rules 1. The 100 Club shall commence on 1 st December The 100 club will be operated under the gambling act 2005, which deals with private lotteries and small society lotteries. The promoter will be Simon Outhwaite under the direction of the REWHC Committee. Until further notice the 100 club will be administered by Nick Hutchinson & Simon Outhwaite 3. The committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke the rules of the 100 Club at their discretion, and will provide reasonable notice to the members where necessary; a copy of updated rules will be posted on the club's website. 4. All profits from the 100 club will be used to support REWHC and its objectives. 5. Anybody over the age of 16 can become a member of the 100 Club. Membership is not restricted to those associated with REWHC and you are encouraged to get family and friends to join. 6. The 100 Club shall not be limited to 100 members. 7. The subscription will be 5.00 per month or 60 per year payable by standing order on the 10 th of each month if paid monthly or 10 th December if paid annually. 8. The completed Application form and Standing Order form should be returned to: Nick Hutchinson Secretary, REWHC 2 Robinia Close Lutterworth LE17 4FS On receipt, the applicant will be allocated a permanent number. This number shall remain that member s number while their subscription is up to date. For each additional 5.00 per month or per year an additional draw number will be allocated. The Standing Order form will then be forwarded to the applicant s bank.

2 9. A draw will take place on the 3 rd Saturday of every month. The draw will take place at the Old Laurentians Sports Club during the season and at the Dun Cow, Dunchurch during the close season. All are invited to witness the draw. There will be a minimum of three REWHC committee members (aged 16 or over) present at each draw. 10. The promoter will make all reasonable efforts to pay or post prizes to the winners within 2 weeks of the draw. 11. Winners names will be displayed on the club notice board at Old Laurentians Sports Club and the REWHC website after each draw. 12. No participant will be included in the draw if the appropriate subscription has not been received in REWHC s bank account prior to the 3rd Saturday of the month. Cash will not be accepted. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to reallocate any draw number where payment has not been received on time. 14. Prizes will be paid by cheque and only to the person holding the winning number % of the income will be paid out in prizes, the remaining income less any administration costs will be used to support the club and its objectives. 25% of the income will be applied to the first prize, 15% to the second prize and 10% to the third prize. 16. Participants can cancel their entry at any time by giving one month s notice to the promoter and informing their bank. Any decision by REWHC to wind up the 100 club will also be by one months notice. 17. Under no circumstances can any payments be refunded.
