1 Terms and Conditions Generator New Zealand Partner Agent Incentive Terms and Conditions Mexico Trip and Queenstown Trip 16 February, 2018 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Information on the prize(s) and how to enter form part of these Mexico Trip and Queenstown Trip Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The promoter is Generator New Zealand (GNZ) Referrals need a signed agreement and paid deposit by 21st August 2018 to be counted towards the promotion. Only contracted revenue from resident desks and private office suites are eligible to be into win. Participants Entry is open to all invited property agents in Auckland, representing GNZ. How to enter To enter the promotion, entrants must inform their relevant GNZ contact with the details of the referred client. Accepted records include business cards and s. Only unique referrals, are qualified into the promotion. Unique referral sales are defined in the following manner: clients(s) who have not previously been in contact with GNZ and are introduced to GNZ by an agent. The client must sign up to a GNZ agreement and make payment (deposit) during the promotion period. The agreement start date can commence outside the promotion period. The first agent to reach $250k or more of contracted revenue from 21 st February to May 21 st, 2018 will win a trip for two to Queenstown. Any agent who brings GNZ $1 million dollars or more of contracted revenue between 21 st February 2018 and 21 st August, 2018 will win a trip for two to Mexico. Any agent who brings GNZ $500k or more of contracted revenue between 21 st February 2018 and 21 st August, 2018 will go in the draw to win a trip for two to Mexico. The prize The winning GNZ agent(s) will be notified by phone and within ten (10) business days of the competition ending on 21 st May and 21 st August, The prizes are: Trip 1: For the first agent to reach $250k of contracted revenue within the dates: A trip for 2 for 3 nights to Queenstown - Return flights for 2 from Auckland to Queenstown, flying AirNZ Transfers to and from Queenstown airport 2 nights at the Hilton Hotel Queenstown, staying in the King Hilton Suite with breakfast included. $1, spending money via prezzy card

Trip 2: For the agent(s) who bring us $1 million worth of contracted revenue or brings us $500k worth of contracted revenue (and goes in the draw to win) within the dates: A trip for 2 for 7 nights to Cancun, Mexico Return flights for 2 from Auckland to Cancun 7 nights in the Riu Palace Las Americas Cancun, the Junior Suite Europe with breakfast included. $ spending money via prezzy card Total value $12, NZD. Payment of the prize will be made via Travel Agent to the winner s official name as it appears on their New Zealand driver s license, proof of age or passport. The Criteria The agent that reaches $250k worth of contracted revenue first, within the 3 months of open competition will win the trip for two to Queenstown Agent(s) that reach $1 million worth of contracted revenue within the 6 months of open competition will win a trip for two to Cancun, Mexico Agent(s) that reach $500k worth of contracted revenue within the 6 months of open competition will get one entry in the draw to win a 7-night trip to Cancun, Mexico. The contracted revenue must have a signed agreement and paid deposit delivered within the 3 and 6-month periods of open competition. The winning agent must have met the minimum referral sale to qualify to win. GNZ needs a minimum of 1 agents that enter this competition, in order to award the prize. In the case where we only get 1 agents or less make a qualifying referral sale, then GNZ forfeits the prize and no winner is selected. Liability Terms This promotion supersedes the standard client referral rewards or any other promotion including the current promotion as set out on In the case where the criteria is not met and the prize is not awarded, then the standard referral commission will be honoured. The prize is not transferrable. Only the winning GNZ agent(s) can claim the prize. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and is deemed approval to use the winner s name and photograph(s) for publicity purposes. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions of Entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. The Promoter reserves the right to not award the prize in the case where the promotion does not get enough entrants (minimum 1 qualifying entrants), and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to make this decision.
