3 Publi Reords Order 2015 Artile 1 Statutory Doument No. 2015/0297 Publi Reords At 1999 PUBLIC RECORDS ORDER 2015 Approved by Tynwald: 17 November 2015 Coming into Operation: 1 Deember 2015 The Counil of Ministers makes the following Order under setion 4(10) of, and paragraphs 4(1) and 7(1) of Shedule 2 to, the Publi Reords At Title This Order is the Publi Reords Order Commenement If approved by Tynwald 1, this Order omes into operation on the 1 Deember Interpretation In this Order the At means the Publi Reords At Publi Reords (1) The bodies speified in Shedule 1 and Shedule 2 to this Order are speified for the purpose of paragraph 4(1) of Shedule 2 to the At (bodies whose reords are publi reords). 8 SCHEDULE 3 Publi Reords Order 2015 EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Order) This Order revokes the Publi Reords Order 2000 (artile 6). It re-enats that Order with minor orretions and updates the names of bodies whose reords are designated as publi reords for the purposes of the At (artile 4). It hanges the speial periods presribed as respets ertain lasses of publi reords, before the end of whih publi aess to reords is restrited (artile 5).
