3 General Registry (Misellaneous Fees) Order 2016 Artile 1 Statutory Doument No. 2016/0040 Fees and Duties At 1989 GENERAL REGISTRY (MISCELLANEOUS FEES) ORDER 2016 Approved by Tynwald: Coming into Operation: 1 April 2016 The Treasury makes the following Order under setion 1(1) of the Fees and Duties At Title This Order is the General Registry (Misellaneous Fees) Order Commenement If approved by Tynwald 1, this Order omes into operation on 1 April Misellaneous Fees in the General Registry For eah of the numbered matters set out in the Shedule there shall be harged the fee set out in the Fee olumn in respet of eah matter. 4 Method of Payment Any fee payable under this Order must be paid either in ash or by heque in favour of Isle of Man Government, or by any other means that the Chief Registrar may permit. 5 Revoation The General Registry (Misellaneous Fees) Order is revoked. 1 Tynwald approval is required by setion 1(4) of the Fees and Duties At SD 0148/2013 V01 Page 3

Doument sent by attahment (per request) Certifiation of a opy All fees are outside the sope of VAT unless shown otherwise in the VAT olumn. Photoopying servie provisions shown under fee number 1, (a) to (), of the Shedule are subjet to VAT at the standard rate ( Std ) unless the opies an be properly desribed as books, booklets, brohures, pamphlets, leaflets et. or as amended by Isle of Man Customs & Exise VAT guidane from time to time. 4 The servie provisions shown under fee numbers 2 and 3 are not appliable to the servie provisions shown under fee number 5, i.e. for a opy of the Isle of Man Eletoral Register. The supply of douments and reordings are subjet to the provisions of the appropriate legislation and / or poliy (as amended from time to time) in operation at the time of the servie request. Please note that the above fees are non-refundable one an appliation has been submitted. Copy of the Isle of Man Eletoral Register (a) unedited version - eletroni data format opy (CD- ROM) to liensed redit referene agenies 8 - (i) the full register 1, (ii) per onstitueny (or part of) (b) edited version provided in eletroni data (CD- ROM) or paper format 9 (optional) - (i) per full edited register (ii) per onstitueny (or part of) Enrolment of any Commission or Appointment (per appliation) Appliations made for the servies shown under fee number 4 will not be proessed in aordane with the servie standards referred to in footnotes 6 and 7 below if they are onsidered not to be straightforward (at the disretion of the Chief Registrar), inluding: inomplete appliation forms; unlear instrutions; douments not suitable for legalisation; and appliations that neessitate additional work to onfirm a signature s authentiity. 6 Standard servie proessing time for appliations reeived on a Friday or on the day immediately before a bank/publi holiday will exlude weekend and bank/publi holiday dates for these purposes. 7 Premium servie is appliable to straightforward appliations only. 7 General Registry (Misellaneous Fees) Order 2016 Explanatory Note EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Order) This Order, made under the Fees and Duties At 1989, inreases the fees to be olleted in relation to ommon funtions exerised in some Departments, Statutory Boards or Offies. All Fees have been reviewed to ensure they are appropriate and reflet the atual ost of the prevision of suh servies. The review resulted in the fee for a blak and white A4 photoopy inreasing above the Retail Prie Index (RPI) and the fee for a blak and white A3 photoopy not being inreased under this Order. All other fees were inreased by 6.22% (with an element of rounding up and down) to maintain the values against hanges to the RPI sine the General Registry (Misellaneous Fees) Order 2013 (SD 0148/2013) ame into operation.
