Singapur está dispuesto a aceptar, en el marco dei Acuerdo General sobre el Comercio de Servicios, los compromisos iniciales que se indican en la lista adjunta. Esta oferta está condicionada, entre otras cosas, a la solución satisfactoria de la cuestión dei trato n.m.f. Singapur se reserva el derecho de modificar, ampliar, reducir o retirar su oferta en cualquier momento antes de la conclusión de las negociaciones sobre servicios en función dei grado en que las demás partes presenten ofertas equivalentes y mutuamente aceptables y en función también dei texto definitivo dei Acuerdo sobre Servicios y sus anexos. Singapur se reserva además el derecho a introducir en su oferta modificaciones de carácter técnico. A pesar de los compromisos condicionales conter idos en la oferta, el movimiento de consumidores y de personal está sujeto a los reglamentos y procedimientos dei Permiso de Inmigración y Trabajo en Singapur. La oferta de compromisos de Singapur en materia de acceso a los mercados y de trato nacional está sujeta a consideraciones de seguridad nacional y objetivos de política general pública. La presencia comercial o el derecho de establecimiento en todos los sectores y subsectores de servicios esr.in sujetos en esta oferta a las disposiciones de la Ley de Empresas. La adquisición y la enajenación de bienes inmuebles en relación con la presencia comercial están sujetas en esta oferta a las normas y reglamentos que rigen 1? compraventa de bienes inmuebles en Singapur.
