6 THE CORE TEAM MANOJ CHAWLA (Managing Director) Manoj Chawla holds Hons. degree in commerce from Delhi University and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA). He is into practice since 1998 and has developed his expertise in corporate and business advisory. He has been actively involved in providing advisory services to multi-national corporate for setting up business establishments in India and providing audit and assurance services. SANDEEP BANSAL (Joint Managing Director) Sandeep Bansal holds Hons. degree in commerce from Punjab University, Chandigarh and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is into practice since 2007 and has rich professional experience in providing business advisory, accounting and compliances services to large multinationals. Besides this he has more than 8 years of rich experience working with multinational and domestic industrial groups across sectors ranging from media, trading, food and manufacturing. SANYAM GOEL (Director) Sanyam Goel is Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2006 and holds a Graduate Degree in law (LLB). He is also license holder as insolvency professional from IBBI He has rich experience in providing legal, merger & acquisition, transaction advisory, entry strategy and secretarial services and recovery mechanism advisory to various national and multinational corporations. ASHIMA BANODHA (Director) She is member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and commerce graduate from Panjabi University. She has professional experience of working in corporates and consultancy. She specializes in compliance & advisory services in field of Indirect taxes and accounting services. She is heading the indirect tax practice of the firm.
