Firm has a total staff strength of 42 including 6 Partners. 3 Partners : 1. CA Rajkumar S. Adukia : He is a consultant, writer, and speaker. He has an exceptional academic record, having secured top ranks in B. Com, AICWA and CA exams. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant, Mr. Adukia also holds a degree in law. He coordinates with various professional institutions, associations, universities, University Grants Commission and other educational institutions. He actively participates with accountability and standardssetting organizations in India and at the international level. He is a frequent speaker on trade and finance at seminars and conferences organized by the various accounting Institutes, chambers of Commerce, income tax offices and other professional associations. Besides, Mr. Adukia has delivered lectures abroad at forums of International Federation of Accountants and travelled very extensively abroad for professional work. He has written numerous articles on most aspects of financeaccounting, auditing, taxation, valuation, public finance. He has authored several books on trade and finance. 2. CA Shiva M.Chaudhari : He has expertise in the field of Internal & Statutory Audit of Banks, Companies and PSUs and handling due diligence assignments and project financing. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, he also holds degree of Company Secretary. 3. CA Kamlesh M. Parekh : Mr. Parekh has vast expertise in the field of VAT, Service tax, custom and excise law. He is fellow member of the Institute and is associated with the firm since
