3 Resources - Forms Library Page 3 Forms Library Use the Forms Library to find the correct paperwork for either making changes to an existing account or requesting a redemption. To access the Forms Library: Accessible from 1. At the bottom of the Login screen, choose Click Here where it says For Login instructions and Other Forms, click here , option 4 3

4 Client Site Access - Login Instructions Page 4 To access your account: 1. Type the below website address in the address bar of your internet browser: 2. If you know your credentials, type in your username and click Login. Confirm your identity with the security image verification and type in your password* to confirm. Click Continue. *To reset your password, see page 7 If this is your first time logging in, click Register Here directly under the Login button. You will then be prompted to enter your Account Number and Social Security Number. 3. Once the system confirms your account you will need to create login credentials*. The Username does not have to be your , however, we recommend using your . The phone number is optional; it is simply another method to verify your account. Click Continue. * please note the password policy requirements , option 4 4

5 Client Site Access - Login Instructions Page 5 4. Next, you will be directed to the Security page. The username and will automatically populate. Enter a security phrase you will remember and choose a security image. Cell Phone is optional, but would only be used to as additional method to verify your identity upon login. Click Confirm. **Be sure to select Trusted Device. Otherwise you will have to verify your account each time you log in.** 5. Choose your verification method. Verify your account via or by mobile phone (if you provided). Click Send. 6. Enter the confirmation code upon receipt and click Submit. 7. You should now have a login and will be redirected to your Portfolio Overview , option 4 5

6 Client Site Access - Resetting Password Page 6 To Reset Your Password: *Note: There is no way to reset a username. Please contact the FTJ FundChoice Client Services Team for assistance. 1. At the login page, type in your username and click Login. 2. When asked for a password, click the Reset Password just left of the Continue button. 3. Type in your Username and click Continue. 4. It will then prompt you to select a method of verification that you previously provided us with. Choose either or Phone (if applicable) , option 4 6

7 Client Site Access - Resetting Password Page 7 To Reset Your Password (cont): 5. Enter the Confirmation Code upon receipt and click Submit. 6. Enter in a new password, following the password policy requirements. Click Reset. 8. Success! Your password should now be reset. Select Click here to go back to the login , option 4 7

8 Client Site Access - Password Change Page 8 Password Change Use the Password Change option to change your password. To change your Password: 1. In the upper right-hand corner of the home-screen, select your profile. A dropdown menu will appear. Choose Change Password. 2. A pop-up will appear. Type in your current password. 3. Enter a new password. The new password must be a minimum of eight characters in length and must contain at least one letter and one number. Passwords are case, punctuation and symbol sensitive. 4. You will receive a confirmation showing your User ID and the new password that you will use to access your accounts on the website. Please print this page for your records. If you are unable to change your password for the FTJ FundChoice website, please contact your financial advisor or the FTJ FundChoice Client Services Department at , option , option 4 8

9 Representative - Contact Information Page 9 Representative Contact Information To view your Advisors Contact Information: 1. Your advisor contact information will show on the far right of the screen under Your Advisor 2. Your advisors phone number, and address will show. 10 Account Review - Contact Information Page 10 Client Contact Information Use the Client Contact Information View screen to view your contact information. This is a read only screen. To view your Contact Information: 1. In the upper right-hand corner of the home-screen, select your profile. A dropdown menu will appear. Choose User Profile. 2. Your contact information will be shown on the screen. 3. If you need to make changes to your contact information, complete and sign the Account Service Form and submit to FTJFC , option

11 Account Review - Portfolio Overview Page 11 Portfolio Overview Use the Portfolio tab to review all accounts owned by you. The values of each account will show as of the previous market close. The portfolio view is the default page. Portfolio view: 1. From the Portfolio Tab at the top of the screen, click Overview from the submenu. 2. On the left you ll find each registration listed for the Household, followed by the underlying sleeves, or accounts. The interactive model in the middle will show each color as a different sleeve. 3. If you select an account or sleeve, the model will adjust automatically to show the different allocations. 4. Directly above the model are four overview options, Account, Asset Category, Asset Class, and Mandate. These are the different groupings at which you can analyze your accounts by , option

12 Account Review - Portfolio Overview Page 12 Portfolio Overview Account Use the Portfolio View to review all accounts owned by you. The values of each account will show as of the previous market close. The portfolio view is the default page. The Account Overview will breakdown your assets by account. Click on an account (for example, the Traditional IRA below) and the model will adjust to show percentages by strategists. To view the strategies by ticker, click the right arrow next to each holding , option

The model will change again; for the Traditional IRA example below, the model adjusts to show percentages in Equity, Bond and Money Market. Click the arrow next to each holding to view a breakdown by ticker: , option

For the Traditional IRA example below, the model adjusts to show percentages by each Morningstar category. Click the arrow next to each Morningstar category to view a breakdown by ticker: , option

15 Account Review - Portfolio Overview Page 15 Portfolio Overview Mandate The Mandate Overview will breakdown your selected account by Mandate 1(Strategic), Mandate 2 (Tactical) and Mandate 3 (Diversifier). For the Traditional IRA example below, the model adjusts to show percentages by strategists. Click the arrow next to each strategist to view a breakdown by ticker: , option

16 Account Review - Performance View Page 16 Performance View Like the Portfolio Overview, you can view your portfolio s performance by Account, Asset Category, Asset Class and Mandate. To access the Performance View: 1. From the Portfolio Tab at the top of the screen, click Performance from the submenu. 2. Choose to view all of your accounts, a single account, or a single sleeve by selecting the desired option. The All Accounts option will include all accounts included in the group. The account and sleeve levels (listed in gray) will allow you to choose a single account type (such as Individual Retirement Account), or you can choose to view any underlying sleeve. 3. Enter the date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format OR click on the arrow to choose an Interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 4. Click on the Group By option you d like to filter performance figures by. 5. Once you have your preferred view, you can export and print the data. To do this, click the printer icon next to the date fields (seen below in red) , option

17 Account Review - Holdings Page 17 Holdings Like the Portfolio Overview and Performance Tabs, you can view by Accounts, Asset Category, Asset Class and Mandate. At the holdings level, you can see each account with the cost basis. To access the Performance View: 1. From the Portfolio Tab at the top of the screen, click Holdings from the submenu. 2. Choose to view all of your accounts, a single account, or a single sleeve by selecting the desired option. The All Accounts option will include all accounts included in the group. The account and sleeve levels (listed in gray) will allow you to choose a single account type (such as Individual Retirement Account), or you can choose to view any underlying sleeve. 3. Enter the As of date directly on the screen as MM/ DD/YYYY format. The date will default to the current day. 4. Click on the Group By option you d like to filter performance figures by. - The Asset Category will show a Risk Score if you are a client who utilized Portfolio Target to open an account. 5. Once you have your preferred view, you can export and print the data. To do this, click the printer icon next to the date fields (seen below in red) , option

18 Account Review - Activity Page 18 Activity The last tab in the Portfolio review section is Activity. This option gives you an overview into the transactions of an account (Exchange In/ Outs). To access the Activity View: 1. From the Portfolio Tab at the top of the screen, click Activity from the submenu. 2. Choose to view all of your accounts, a single account, or a single sleeve by selecting the desired option. The All Accounts option will include all accounts included in the group. The account and sleeve levels (listed in gray) will allow you to choose a single account type (such as Individual Retirement Account), or you can choose to view any underlying sleeve. 3. Enter the date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format. OR click on the arrow to choose an Interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 4. 19 Documents - Consolidated Portfolio Position Report Page 19 Consolidated Portfolio Position Report Use the Consolidated Portfolio Position report to view the current asset allocation at the household, registration or account level as of a specific trade date. This report will consolidate all positions in each account. To generate the Consolidated Portfolio Position Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports, click Consolidated Portfolio Position. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format. 4. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 5. Click Generate , option

20 Documents - Estimated Income Report Page 20 Estimated Income Report The Estimated Income report calculates an annual distribution rate based on the average of the distribution rates for the 12 months prior to the report date for the assets owned within a specified household, registration or account. Based on that rate and the balance in each asset, the report estimates the income each asset will receive for the next 12 months. To generate the Estimated Income Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports, click Estimated Income Report. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format. 4. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 5. Click Generate , option

21 Documents - Gain Loss Report Page 21 Gain Loss Report Use the Gain Loss report to view information about the acquisition and disposition of fund shares during a specified date range. This information can include sell transactions that result in a gain or loss, wash sales, and transaction fees. A grand total will be shown on the final page of the report. To create the Gain Loss Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports, click Gain Loss. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the Start date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format OR click Use Inception date to auto-fill from inception. 4. Enter the End date directly on the screen on MM/DD/YYYY format OR click on the Quick Dates option to choose an interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 5. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 6. Click Generate , option

22 Documents - Performance Report Page 22 Performance Report The Performance Report displays details about the performance of each account or group of accounts. To generate the Performance Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports, click Performance Report. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the Start date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format OR click Use Inception date to auto-fill from inception. 4. Enter the End date directly on the screen on MM/DD/YYYY format OR click on the Quick Dates option to choose an interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 5. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 6. Click Generate , option

23 Documents - Portfolio Position Report Page 23 Portfolio Position Report Use the Portfolio Position report to view the current asset allocation at the household, registration or account level as of a specific trade date. This report will list the positions by account. To generate the Portfolio Position Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports, click Portfolio Position. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format. 4. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 5. Click Generate , option

24 Documents - Portfolio Valuation Report Page 24 Portfolio Valuation Report Use the Portfolio Valuation report to review various details about an account or group of accounts during a custom date range. This report can show a summary of the account activity, information about each asset, illustrate the account composition, and the change in market value relative to the net amount invested. To generate the Portfolio Valuation Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports, click Portfolio Valuation. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the Start date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format OR click Use Inception date to auto-fill from inception. 4. Enter the End date directly on the screen on MM/DD/YYYY format OR click on the Quick Dates option to choose an interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 5. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 6. Click Generate , option

25 Documents - Substitute Schedule D-1 Report Page 25 Substitute Schedule D-1 Report The Schedule D-1 is the continuation form to Schedule D that displays the acquisition and disposition of fund shares and will determine if those shares were held short-term or long-term for capital gain purposes. Transactions are listed in chronological order. To create the Schedule D-1 Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports, click Substitute Schedule D1. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the Start date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format OR click Use Inception date to auto-fill from inception. 4. Enter the End date directly on the screen on MM/DD/YYYY format OR click on the Quick Dates option to choose an interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 5. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 6. Click Generate , option

26 Documents - Tax Transaction Detail Report Page 26 Tax Transaction Detail Report Use the Tax Transaction Detail report to view portfolio activity that could result in a taxable event. Transactions are listed in chronological order and grouped by 1099 type. 1099Div transactions are further grouped by transaction type. A total transaction amount for each grouping will be included. The Tax Transaction Detail report will not replace your official 1099 reports. To generate the Tax Transaction Detail report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports click Tax Transaction Detail. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the Start date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format OR click Use Inception date to auto-fill from inception. 4. Enter the End date directly on the screen on MM/DD/YYYY format OR click on the Quick Dates option to choose an interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 5. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 6. Click Generate , option

27 Statements and Reporting - Transaction Report Page 27 Transaction Report Use transactions to view your account transactions during a custom date range. To generate the Transaction Report: 1. From the Documents Tab under Reports click Transactions. 2. Choose to Run For Account or Household. 3. Enter the Start date directly on the screen as MM/DD/YYYY format OR click Use Inception date to auto-fill from inception. 4. Enter the End date directly on the screen on MM/DD/YYYY format OR click on the Quick Dates option to choose an interval timeframe, which will pre-fill the date fields. 5. Choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file by using the radio dials labeled Format. 6. Click Generate , option

28 Tax Reporting Reports Page Reports Use the 1099 Reports option to review your annual tax forms. To access 1099 Tax Reports: 1. From the Documents Tab at the top of the screen, under Statements, click 1099 Tax Reports from the Statements submenu. 2. Click the account you would like view a 1099 for. The document will automatically generate.. 3. The file download box will generate. Click Open to view the file on your screen , option

29 Statements - Fee Letters & Statements Page 29 Fee Letters To access Monthly Fee Letters: 1. From the Documents Tab at the top of the screen, under Statements, click Fee Letters from the Statements submenu. 2. Click the account and month for which you would like to review a Fee Letter. The letter will automatically generate. To access monthly and quarterly custodial Portfolio Statements: 1. From the Documents Tab at the top of the screen, click Portfolio Statements or Custodial Statements from the Statements submenu. 2. Click the account which you would like to review a quarterly portfolio or monthly custodial statement for. The statement will automatically generate and the download box will show. Click Open or Save to view , option

30 Trading - Account Trading Page 30 Account Trading Use Account Trading to rebalance and establish or change allocation for future contributions in selfdirected accounts. Accounts invested in a Strategist model cannot be individually traded. 1. Alternatively, adjust the Target Allocations for your account. Allocations must equal 100%. 2. Click Save to affect the trades later. Trades will not be executed in your account. 3. Click Save & Rebalance to affect trades in your account. You will automatically be routed to the Trades screen where you will have access to the Trade Order ID. Please review the Trade Order ID to ensure accuracy. Target Allocations must equal 100% To delete a fund, simply click the x To establish or change New Deposit Allocation for future contributions: 1. Click the New Money Model tab. 2. Click Add Products. 3. Type the product name or ticker and set the target %. 4. Adjust the Target Allocations for your account. Allocations must equal 100%. 5. Click Save Changes In the event the New Money Model Allocation tab is blank, new deposits will be invested per the Model Allocation tab , option

31 Trading- Placing Orders to Sell Page 31 Buy & Sell Use Buy & Sell to affect exchanges in a Buy & Sell format for self-directed accounts. You may exchange one fund for another or sell one fund and buy multiple funds with the proceeds. To Trade a Self Directed account: To Sell: 1. Select the Trading Tab at the top of the screen. On the right side there will be an option for Quick Trade. 2. Choose the Account that you would like to trade from the dropdown labeled Account. 3. The table in the center of the page will show allocations for the account selected. 4. Under Action, choose to Sell. 5. Enter the amount to be sold in dollars, shares or percentage. The system will not allow sells higher than the current holding amount, shares, or in excess of 100%. 6. Select the product you wish to sell and click Add Trade. Repeat process or add buys (buy process on next page) if necessary. 7. The trade will then move to Today s Trades below and cash created by the trade can be seen above in Post- Trade Cash. You will be able to place buys with this Post-Trade Cash. the same submission. 8. Once all trades are completed for the current day, click Submit Trades. Trades may only be submitted once a day; buys and sells should be done in 9. You will automatically be routed to the Trades screen where you will have access to the Trade Order ID. Please review the Trade Order ID to ensure accuracy. Once trades have been submitted, no other trades can be processed until the previous trade cycle is complete. The times displayed on this website are expressed in Central Time , option

32 Trading Placing Orders to Buy Page 32 Buy & Sell Use Buy & Sell to affect exchanges in a Buy & Sell format for self-directed accounts. On the right side there will be an option for Quick Trade. 2. Choose the Account that you would like to trade from the dropdown labeled Account. 3. The table in the center of the page will show allocations for the account selected. 4. Under Action, choose to Buy. 5. Enter the amount to be bought in dollars, or shares. The system will not allow buys in excess of the Current Cash or Post-Trade Cash available in the account. 6. Select the product you wish to buy and click Add Trade. Repeat process and add sells (sell process on previous page ) if necessary. 7. The trade will then move to Today s Trades below and cash created by the trade can be seen above in Post-Trade Cash. You will be able to place buys with this Post-Trade Cash. 8. Once all trades are completed for the current day, click Submit Trades. Trades may only be submitted once a day; buys and sells should be done in the same submission. 9. You will automatically be routed to the Trades screen where you will have access to the Trade Order ID. Please review the Trade Order ID to ensure accuracy. Once trades have been submitted, no other trades can be processed until the previous trade cycle is complete. The times displayed on this website are expressed in Central Time , option

33 Trading-View Pending Trade Orders Page 33 Trades Use Trades to view pending trade orders. You may also cancel a trade under the Trades option before FTJ FundChoice trade cutoff. Please contact FTJ FundChoice for trade cutoff time. To access your Trade Order ID (confirmations): 1. From the Trading Tab at the top of the screen, click Trades from the Trades submenu. 2. All current pending trade orders will show on the screen. 3. Review details such as warnings or disabled trades. 4. To cancel a trade, click the x Buy/Sell (#####) Please note, once trades have been submitted for an account, no other trades can be submitted for that account until the following business day , option

34 Trading - Trade Confirmations Page 34 Trade Confirmations Use Trade Confirms to view your trade confirmations. To access Trade Confirms: 1. From the Trading Tab at the top of the screen, click Trade Confirms from the Trades submenu. 2. Choose the account from the left side for which you would like to review a Trade Confirmation. 3. Choose the date range for which statement you would like generated. 4. The file download box will generate. Click Open to view the file on your screen.
