LICENSE TERMS GLOSSARY 3.1 NYSE EURONEXT EUROPEAN CORPORATE ACTIONS DATA End User/Direct Subscriber Fee Fee charged monthly to each entity that receives NYSE Euronext Corporate Actions data directly from NYSE Euronext and that does not redistribute the data (or derived data) in any form to Indirect Subscribers. Redistributor Fee Fee charged monthly to each entity that redistributes NYSE Euronext Corporate Actions data (or derived data) to Indirect Subscribers. Indirect Subscriber A third party that has entered into an agreement with a Redistributor and that has indirect access to NYSE Euronext European Corporate Actions data (or derived data) via a Redistributor. 3.2 NYSE EURONEXT U.S. CORPORATE ACTIONS DATA Direct Access Fee Fee charged monthly to/for each recipient that receives NYSE Group Corporate Actions directly from NYSE Euronext. Indirect Access Fee Fee charged monthly for end user and/or end-user firm that receives NYSE Group Corporate Actions data (or derived data) indirectly through an NYSE Euronext-authorized Redistributor. The Indirect Access Fee is paid by the data Redistributor to NYSE Euronext. Redistribution Fee Fee charged monthly to each entity that redistributes NYSE Group Corporate Actions data (or derived data) to end users and/or end-user firms. There are three types of redistribution fees: Indirect Access Fee (see definition above) Display Only Fee fee charged for each month in which the NYSE Group Corporate Actions data or derived data is provided in a read-only (e.g. pdf), controlled display format whereby the data cannot be further extracted, downloaded, manipulated and redistributed. The Display Only Fee is paid by the data Redistributor to NYSE Euronext. - Enterprise Fee fee charged monthly to recipients that receive the NYSE Group Corporate Actions data directly from NYSE Euronext and that redistribute the data internally within their own organization or wholly owned subsidiaries.
