4 1 INTRODUCTION NYSE Liffe will migrate their data centre to a new facility in Basildon. Participation in one Dress Rehearsal is mandatory for all customers who are using CCG or XDP prior to the migration to Basildon or for co-location customers who need to continue to use the LIFFE CONNECT API from their Cannon Bridge infrastructure for a limited period after the NYSE Liffe migration to Basildon. 1.1 KEY DATES The following dates are the key milestones for the migration to the Basildon Data Centre: 28 August 2010 (DR1) - Joint Dress Rehearsal with Cash 4 September 2010 (DR2) - Joint Dress Rehearsal with Cash 18 September 2010 (DR3) - Derivatives only Dress Rehearsal 2 October 2010 (DR4) - Derivatives only Dress Rehearsal 23 October NYSE Liffe Derivatives Go-Live Basildon Data Centre 4 V 1.3

5 2 CONNECTIVITY TESTING The following testing will be scheduled. Not all tests will be supported in each Dress Rehearsal. Test 1 - XDP connectivity to Basildon Test 2 - CCG connectivity to Basildon Test 3 - Connectivity from Cannon Bridge Colo to CCGs in Basildon Test 4 - Connectivity from Cannon Bridge Colo to XDP in Basildon Test 5 TRS connectivity The Dress Reheasal sections set out which tests will be available for each Dress Rehearsal. 2.1 TEST 1 (XDP CONNECTIVITY TO BASILDON) This test will allow customers to access the XDP market data service from in Basildon. No market data will be published for XDP. Each XDP component will generate heartbeats only to ensure that customers can successfully test access to each relevant service. The following services will be provided: Real-time service (All streams) Refresh service (All streams) Retransmission service (All streams) FTP service. Please contact Technology Partnerships to receive the Basildon production XDP information, see Contact Information Pre-requisites To participate in these tests customers will require the following information: Customers have a fully commissioned SFTI connection Customer applications have passed XDP conformance (functional and failure) Customers have been provisioned with the XDP service over SFTI Customers have signed the Trading Platform Agreement (TPA) Where relevant, customers have signed the Service Providers Agreement (SPA) Customers have been provided with the Basildon IP addresses for each XDP service Customers have been provided with Source IDs (for refresh and retransmission services only) for each of their conformed applications. These will be the same source IDs that have been provisioned for Cannon Bridge production access Customers have confirmed their Dress Rehearsal booking with Technology Partnerships Acceptance Contact CTSG to confirm connectivity and receipt of heartbeats for the services for which you are provisioned, see Contact Information. 2.2 TEST 2 (CCG CONNECTIVITY TO BASILDON) This test will allow customers to access their CCGs directly in Basildon. No trading activity will be supported for this test. The test will only cover CCG and Drop Copy Logon and Log Off messages Pre-requisites To participate in these tests customers will require the following information: Customers have a fully commissioned SFTI connection Basildon Data Centre 5 V 1.3

6 Customer applications have passed CCG conformance (functional and failure) Customers have been provisioned with the CCG / Drop Copy service over SFTI Customers have signed the Trading Platform Agreement (TPA) Where relevant, customers have signed the Service Providers Agreement (SPA) Customers have been provided with the Basildon CCG / Drop Copy IP addresses Customers have completed their ITM provisioning forms and submitted them to NYSE Liffe NYSE Liffe have provided customers with their Basildon production ITM / CCG mapping information Customers have confirmed their Dress Rehearsal booking with Technology Partnerships Acceptance Members are required to log on with at least one ITM to each allocated CCG including Drop Copy where applicable. The test will allow Telnet access only Pre-requisites To participate in this test customers will require the following: TRS access credentials TRS service enabled on SFTI of via existing Liffenet connections Acceptance Members should confirm successful connectivity to CTSG, see Contact Information. 8 3 DRESS REHEARSALS 3.1 DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE The Basildon production environment will be available during the following hours for each Dress Reharsal date: 09:00 17:00hrs (BST) 3.2 DRESS REHEARSAL 1: 28 AUGUST 2010 The following test will be supported within this dress rehearsal: Test 2 Test 3 Please note that this Dress Rehearsal weekend is a joint Cash and Derivatives weekend to enable customers to test both markets. Please liaise directly with your Cash contacts to confirm the testing scope for the Cash market. 3.3 DRESS REHEARSAL 2: 04 SEPTEMBER 2010 The following tests will be supported within this dress rehearsal: Tests 1-5 Please note that this Dress Rehearsal weekend is a joint Cash and Derivatives weekend to enable customers to test both markets. Please liaise directly with your Cash contacts to confirm the testing scope for the Cash market. 3.4 DRESS REHEARSAL 3: 18 SEPTEMBER 2010 The following tests will be supported within this dress rehearsal: Tests DRESS REHEARSAL 4: 02 OCTOBER 2010 The following tests will be supported within this dress rehearsal: Tests 1-5 Basildon Data Centre 8 V 1.3

9 4 PARTICIPATION 4.1 CO-LOCATION CUSTOMERS Testing for co-location customers is mandatory for at least one Dress Rehearsal. For co-location customers a different combinations of tests will be required, dependent on the access solutions that will be supported from 25 October Summary of Testing Cannon Bridge Access Type Basildon Access Type Tests API XDP CCG API CCG XDP N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A 4.2 NON CO-LOCATION CUSTOMERS For non co-location customers, no access will be supported from Cannon Bridge post Basildon migration. All interfaces will be with Basildon only. Your Dress Rehearsal testing requirements will again be dependent on your access requirements. All testing will be conducted on the Basildon production environment using production credentials. Those planning on remaining on the LIFFE CONNECT API until after their migration to Basildon may remain on a 2Mb connection, however please be aware that a new SFTI connection will be required for your migration to CCG and XDP. If you plan to adopt these new interfaces immediately after migrating to Basildon you may need to submit your SFTI order now, depending on your connectivity solution, as lead times can be significant. TRS is not moving data centre, however this service will be open to all customers to test their ongoing access to TRS from either Cannon Bridge or Basildon. Basildon Data Centre 9 V 1.3

10 5 DRESS REHEARSAL SUPPORT 5.1 BOOKING To reserve a Dress Rehearsal date please contact the CTSG team. Support will not be provided to customers who have not confirmed in advance their participation in a Dress Rehearsal weekend. This ensures that adequate support can be provided to call customers. 5.2 PRE-DRESS REHEARSAL SUPPORT Should you require any assistance in meeting any of the test pre-requisites leading up to your Dress Rehearsal weekend, please contact the Technology Partnerships team. 5.3 TEST SUPPORT The Dress Rehearsal tests do not require active support from NYSE Liffe to complete the tests for each individual customer. However, should any customer experience any issues during their test execution they should contact the CTSG team who will be on-hand to help resolve any connectivity issues, see Contact Information. For supporting information see Associated Documentation. 5.4 TEST COMPLETION Once you have completed your tests, please contact the CTSG team to confirm successful completion, stating which tests you have completed and confirming if there are any outstanding tests to be run or issues to be resolved. CCG IP Addresses For your specific CCG/ITM mapping please contact Technology Partnerships. The tables below detail the CCG addresses pre and post Basildon migration. ITM s will be mapped directly across from the existing CCG to the new Basildon specific CCG. As an example, if your financials ITM is allocated to CCG in Cannon Bridge this will become in Basildon.
