3 1 ACCESS TO INTERNET BANKING LOGGING INTO INTERNET BANKING Access to internet banking is secured: by a Client number; by a PIN code. The following step will be authentication of access with the help of your mobile phone or token. AUTHENTICATION Logging into internet banking and performing all active transactions always requires authentiication with the help of a numeric code delivered via SMS to your mobile phone or generated by your token. 3

4 2 DOMESTIC PAYMENTS PAYMENT ORDER The process of submitting a domestic payment order includes all regular items. After form completion, enter as needed: Sign the payment order is sent immediately after the authentication code is entered; Save for signing if you have multiple payment orders and you want to authenticate all of them at once or postpone authentication until later; Save as a template if you want to use a payment order as a sample template in the future. 4

5 3 FOREIGN PAYMENT ORDER FOREIGN PAYMENT ORDER The process of submitting a foreign payment order includes all regular functions for payments to recipients abroad, including selection of the fee type. After form completion, enter as needed: Sign the payment order is sent immediately after the authentication code is entered; Save for signing if you have multiple payment orders and you want to authenticate all of them at once; Save as a template if you want to use a payment order as a sample template in the future. If you are unsure whether you have filled out your foreign payment order correctly, you can verify its accuracy by clicking on the question mark button. 5

6 4 EXCHANGE PERFORMANCE OF EXCHANGE BankServis enables exchange operations using your account. Exchange transactions are carried out based on the announced exchange rate list, which you will find under "Information" and "Exchange Rates". The exchange rate list is updated once daily at 9:00 AM. If there is an extraordinary fluctuation in rates, the list may also be updated during the day. Therefore, it is necessary to take into consideration that the calculated exchange amounts are only for orientation. After form completion, enter as needed: Sign the transaction is submitted immediately after the authentication code is entered; Save for signing if you have multiple transactions and you want to authenticate all of them at once or postpone authentication for later. 6

7 5 STANDING PAYMENT ORDER ENTERING OF A STANDING PAYMENT ORDER For regular payments within the Czech Republic, you can set up a standing payment order. Standing payment orders in foreign currencies may be carried out only within Ciftin. After form completion, enter as needed: Sign the standing payment order is submitted immediately after the authentication code is entered; Save for signing if you have multiple standing payment orders and you want to authenticate all of them at once; Active standing orders may be modified or cancelled. 8 6 DIRECT DEBITING DIRECT DEBITING ORDER Direct debiting order may be issued within Czech banks only in CZK. Within Citfin you can also set up direct debiting in foreign currencies. The other account holder's consent with the direct debiting is required for direct debiting transactions. Like with other types of orders, you can also issue a debit order as follows: immediately Sign and send for processing; Save for signing; or from the order Save s a template. 8

9 DIRECT DEBITING PERMISSION Here you will find all submitted permission for direct debiting. Valid permission may be modified. After validity has expired, permission can only be browsed. 9

13 MONEY TRANSFER CONFIRMATION After a payment order is processed on our side, a confirmation is automatically generated in internet banking, where it can be viewed free of charge. 13
