1 ONLINE ENROLLMENT All employees must complete the online enrollment system to enroll in a Health Care FSA or Dependent Daycare FSA. **HRA/VEBA enrollment will not require online enrollment in Open Enrollment period is November 13 November 28 1

2 IMPORTANT: FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN INFORMATION What is a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)? Set aside money pre-tax for eligible health care and dependent daycare expenses. Your taxable income may be reduced which will save you tax dollars and increase your take-home pay. Health Care FSA Annual Maximum $2,650. Dependent Daycare FSA Annual Maximum $5,000. 4 IMPORTANT: DEBIT CARD INFORMATION Keep your current debit card- Red Benny Card Card good for 3 years If it is set to expire soon, you will automatically receive the new Blue WEX Health Card (pictured below). New participants: You will receive the blue WEX Health Card: Set of 2 cards in employees name Call OneDigital if you have not received your card by January 31 Replacement cards $5.00 fee Always retain documentation after use 4

5 ONLINE ENROLLMENT STEPS Step 1 - Login to site Open your web browser* (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer etc.) and log into the following website: /Main.aspx *Chrome is not recommended. User ID: Current user credentials to the Consumer Portal If you are a new user: Username: SSN (no dashes) Password: changeme New users will be prompted to change their password upon initial log-in.

6 ONLINE ENROLLMENT Step 2 Start enrollment Choose Enroll Now to begin your enrollment

7 Step 3 Review FSA plan information After review of the plan information, click Begin You Enrollment Now

8 Step 4- Update your personal information Review your personal information for accuracy, make changes, and then press the Continue button to save your changes.

9 Step 6 - Update your dependent information (if applicable) Enter or make any necessary changes to your dependent information. This is only applicable if you are electing to enroll in the dependent flexible spending account. Current dependents in the system are listed under Eligible Dependent at bottom of the screen. You must enter your dependents here if enrolling in the Dependent Daycare FSA. Complete all fields marked with an asterisk* and click on Add to List to save entry. When dependent information is completed click on Continue

10 Step 7 Indicate you understand the FSA Plan rules Review each plan and click the boxes next to each I have read and understand Press the Continue button.

11 Step 8 Make your FSA election Enter the annual amount you wish to elect. Press the Calculate Button to total your elections and calculate your per pay period deduction. Click on Continue button to save your changes.

12 Step 9 Select your payment method Debit card will automatically be selected. Choose how you wish to be reimbursed for any expenses not billed to the card. Click on Continue button to save your changes.

13 Step 10 Verify your FSA enrollment Review all the information and make any changes via the Edit Information buttons as needed Click on Submit button to save your enrollment and move to the confirmation page.

14 Step 11 Print confirmation Click on Print to print the confirmation page to retain a record your elections.
