1 PARTICULAR DEMAND (1) Pension Plan (2) Job Security Part B, Article I, Section 14 Pg ADDITION OR IMPROVEMENT Increase to $ per month per year of Corporate service (past and future) and retroactive to January 1, 2018 with no reduction for early retirement. Increase H-CAP contributions to $ per quarter. After 55 years of age & 10 years of service or 30 years of service you will be eligible to draw early retiree pension. Deferred pension penalty will be eliminated. Remove forty (40) year cap. Increase bridged retirement amount to $40.00 retroactive to January 1, Same COLA Formula for current and future retirees as in the current Agreement for active employees retroactive to January 1, Add $5.00 COLA Adjustment escalator for current retirees. Modify continuous service to credited service for 85 points. Make Defined Benefit Pension available to all current and future employees. Modify the 401K to be allowed to follow the current maximum federal government allowances and increase employees matched contribution up to $ and increase company match to 100%. Basic Benefit Plan Increase to $ a quarter. For employees hired after 3/1/05 the basic benefit increased to $ per quarter. No Bargaining Unit employee will be laid off, surplused, reassigned or reclassified as a result of subcontracting, out-sourcing or in-sourcing. Sub-contractors or Contractors will not perform work normally performed by Bargaining Unit Personnel No Bargaining Unit employee will be laid off due program access issues. Part B, Article IV, Section 3 Employees laid off after attaining seniority of 1 year or Pg. 63 greater shall receive a severance lump sum payment of $ per year of service up to 5 year max ($ ) and six (6) months Company paid medical coverage. Same definition for immediate family(parent/spouse/same Sex Partner/Siblings/ Children/Lockheed Registered Dependents). (4) Medical & Healthcare Coverage Maintain current medical providers. Add Site specific HMO choices. Maintain current percentages for medical premiums. Maintain current calendar year deductibles & out of pocket maximums. Health Fund Company contributions equivalent to the deductible of the employees chosen health plan, plus any incentives offered to salaried at respective plants. MERMP lifetime max increase to $70, Company contributions will be: single $500.00, family $1000 for all retirees, current and future. Short Term Disability- $1, per week benefit up to 27 weeks unless provided by State SDI. Dental Coverage Basic Plan increase maximum to $2, and Comprehensive Plan increase maximum $2, Hearing Maximum coverage expenses per hearing aid per ear will be $ annually. Life and AD&D Increase to $75, Add Kaiser as an option to all employees Marietta, Palmdale and Santa Cruz locations. Page2
3 Add BCBS to CA Locations as an option Increase LM Health Works contribution of $ and $ for Healthy Actions Early Retiree Medical Coverage Increase company contribution to $10, annually for single coverage and $20, for family coverage. For those early/medicare eligible retirees who do not elect or opt out of Early Retiree/Medicare Eligible Medical Coverage, the Company will provide that the equivalent amount of the Company Medical subsidy will be paid directly to the retiree in their monthly retirement benefits. Add Kaiser as an option for current and future early and post 65 retirees Marietta/Palmdale/Sunnyvale and Santa Cruz locations. Add BCBS to CA Locations for current and future early and post 65 retirees. Part B, Article VII, Section 1 Pg. 115 Part B, Article VII, Section 6 Pg ARP s schedule to increase to $1.00 every three (3) months. Employees will attain maximum rate of pay after thirty six (36) months. Increase promotion rate of pay to $1.00 or to the minimum of the classification to which promoted whichever is greater. Shift Differential Second shift $2.00 per hour. Third shift $1.00 per hour. Odd work week differential to $1.00 per hour Sunnyvale, Palmdale, Cape Locations and Marietta. FIELD DUTY Part B, Article VII, Sec 12 Pg Field Duty Employees traveling on work related assignments receive an additional $4.00 added to the hourly rate starting from the first day of travel from Portal to Portal. Part B, Article VII, Section 4 Pg Change overtime rates: No drafted/forced/involuntary overtime until all employees are recalled to affected classification. In-week & Saturday = two (2) times rate Page3
4 (5) General Wage Increases Part B, Article VIII, Section 4 Pg of pay; Sunday & Holiday = three (3) times rate of pay In-week and 6 th day overtime will be paid at 2x rate of pay 7 th day & Holiday overtime will be paid at 3x rate of pay Effective 3/3/18, 6% GWI; Effective 3/2/19, 5% GWI; Effective 3/7/20, 5% GWI; Effective 3/6/21, 6% GWI; Effective 3/4/22, 6% GWI. All GWI s are to be applied to the minimums and maximums of labor grades and in grade positions of all employees. Increase the annual COLA supplements to $ Increase Leads pay to $2.00 per hour above the top of the wage rate of their classification or the highest classification they are leading. Airframe or Power plant License holders will be paid an additional $1.00 per hour per license Individuals holding a FAA Parachute Riggers License will be paid an additional $2.00 per hour Only if required in Marietta Page4
