G.O.Ms.No.171, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Ms.No.5, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Ms.No.79, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Rt.No.421, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated From the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai-15 Letter Rc No.4100/2014/PNHIS, dated G.O.Ms.No.165, Finance (Pension) Department, dated ORDER: -ooo- In the Government Order first read above, orders were issued to implement New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners with effect from and also inter alia 635 hospitals have been approved for undergoing accredited treatments /surgeries under this scheme. In the said Government Order it was also ordered that the additional list of approved hospitals to be included and list of deleted hospitals, if any covered under this scheme will also be updated and hosted in the websites of Government of Tamil Nadu in Finance Department, Treasuries and Accounts Department, United India Insurance Company Limited, Chennai and Third Party Administrator for reference from time to time. 2. In the Government Order second and fifth read above, Government also approved the 22 and 8 additional hospitals respectively for undergoing accredited treatments/ surgeries under New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners based on the recommendations of the Accreditation Committee. 3. In the Government Order third read above, Government has approved the deletion of 10 hospitals and change of name and address of the 7 hospitals under New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners. In the letter fifth read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai submitted proposal to the Government for deletion of 3 hospitals and removal of in various Apollo Hospitals and change of name of the hospital covered under this New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners as per the list of accredited hospitals approved in the Government Order first read above as forwarded by the United India Insurance Company Limited. 5. In the Government Order sixth read above, orders were issued adding 8 more hospitals and additional specialities in the existing hospitals. In the said Government order Devaki Cancer Institute was renamed as Devaki Specialities Hospital. 6. The Government after careful consideration accept the proposal of the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, and approve the deletion of 3 hospitals as detailed in the Annexure-I to this order and removal of in various Apollo Hospitals as detailed in the Annexure-II to this order under New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners.
