One proposal A) Creates a basic, ready to go or plug-and-play retirement plan that small business owners can use without having to operate or pay setup or maintenance costs. Small business owners would simply set up a payroll deduction for employees who choose to participate. While the other B) Creates a website bringing together existing retirement plans approved by the state that small business owners can use. Small business owners would pick a plan, pay for setup and maintenance costs, and operate the plan for employees who choose to participate.
