7 CAPITAL BUDGET REQUEST UWM s Most Urgent GFSB and PRSB Capital Needs for GFSB Projects: Chemistry Replacement Building facility deferred capital maintenance threatens to impact safety Extend Steam and Chilled Water to support Chemistry Replacement Building PRSB Projects: Student Union Major Maintenance a majority of the union was built between 1956 and MEP systems, building envelope and life safety systems that are beyond useful life require replacement. Klotsche Center Annex will relieve overcrowding during high use times when athletics and recreation needs coincide 7
