2 Methodology The poll was conducted September 29 October 1, % of the sample is online interviews, 15% is live phone calls, is interactive voice response (automated) phone calls. 10 of the sample responded they are registered to vote. 79% of the sample responded they are certain to vote in the general election, 13% responded likely, and 7% responded 50/50 chance. The territory wide results include 800 respondents and has a 3.46% margin of error. The individual district results include 400 respondents and has a 4.9% margin of error. The results are weighted by district based on historic election turnout trends.
