Remarks (if any): * Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 19 March 2017, to the relevant provisions of the US$500,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2018 (the Bonds ), since 08 Jun 2016, the conversion prices had been adjusted from HK$48.62 per Share to HK$47.73 per Share. All other terms and conditions of the Bonds remain unchanged. # During this, the Company had received conversion notices from the Bondholders in respect of their exercise of conversion rights attaching to the Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of US$137,500,000. The Company has exercised its Cash Settlement Option to satisfy the conversion rights thereof to the terms and conditions governing the Bonds. As at the close of this, the aggregate principal amount of the converted Bonds and repurchased Bonds was US$158,500,000. And the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds remaining outstanding was US$341,500,000. As the aforesaid movement, the corresponding new Shares that entitle the holders of the Bonds to convert was therefore further decreased to 55,505,018 new Shares as at the close of this.
