Summary of the notifications In a first notification dated August 7, 2017,, also on behalf of its subsidiaries set forth in the notification, notified that, following an acquisition of bpost voting securities or bpost voting rights, it increased its holding and it crossed upward the 3% threshold of voting rights in bpost SA de droit public ( bpost ) on August 4, On August 4, 2017,, taking into account the subsidiaries set forth in the notification, held 3.01% of the voting rights of bpost. In a second notification dated August 8, 2017,, also on behalf of its subsidiaries set forth in the notification, notified that, following an acquisition of bpost voting securities or bpost voting rights, it increased its holding in bpost on August 7, On that date,, taking into account the subsidiaries set forth in the notification, held 3.13% of the voting rights of bpost. 2. Threshold crossed Threshold that is crossed: 3% Article 13 of bpost articles of association provides the following on disclosure of significant shareholdings: As regards the application of Title II of the Law of May, on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and other provisions and the Royal Decree of February, on the disclosure of significant shareholdings, the applicable successive thresholds are established at 3%, 5% and any multiple of 5%. 3.
