This task is accomplished by three qualified entities, namely: Capita Growth Fund, Investment Fund specialized to participate in venture capital of projects and firms CGF is always present in every area, especially in the field of company relocation; Fin Capital Risc Spa operating chiefly in Italy, Spain, France and Croatia; GloboTrust Holding AG, our Trust company. More in detail, the main product we offer could be summarized as a direct and/or professional servicing for funding projects, by participating (through our Fund) in the venture capital of the funded companies, and for issuing guarantees for privates and firms. The second one, called FUND, it s an investment fund. Its purpose is to finance, through venture capital, SMEs and/or Holding companies, in order to participate, totally or partially, in projects that are in line with the main activities of the fund. 10 It follows with Capital Growth Fund Object of the Fund and areas of intervention: Participation through venture capital in projects related to implement or reclaim the following trades: Retail, Outlet, Tourism, entertainment, fashion and design industry. Such projects may involve a real estate component, or else. It s required an innovative and pervasive approach to tackle the above-mentioned trades or even other trades and targets not addressed before. The fund shall also acquire credits in project financed by banks or other financial entities, through operations of acquisition and replacements. Furthermore: Funding totally or partially projects ex novo, on condition that the technical department of the Fund has previously assessed and agreed the project; Purchase and securitization of credits; Purchase and sale of the risk insurance and financial fronting; Participation in projects involved in the field of renewable energies;

11 It follows with Capital Growth Fund Ethical and charitable operations carrying out and/or funding projects involved in fair trade; Securitization of existing real estate assets and/or issue of debenture bonds based on real estate assets; Participation in tenders or public contracts in the fields of interest and investment of the fund; Funding totally or partially projects strategically interesting for the Fund and/or the Group. The access to the Fund is reserved exclusively to qualified customers approved by our evaluation committee. To this end, those interested in our services should have and/or should be available to create an adequate corporate structure/holding. Furthermore, the customer is required to ensure enough liquidity to underwrite a share of the fund not lower than 5% of the total value of the project submitted.
