In response to our letter No Dated (Attachment, your office vide dated ( Attachment 11), advised to prepare an umbrella Due Diligence Report ( DDR) covering all FF.SCO sub-project under Tranchc-II for which there are no Land Acquisition and Resettlement (LAR) issues, in lieu of which FESCO further would need not to submit Safeguard Documents. Accordingly a detailed umbrella Due Diligence Report ( DDR) including summary of Public Consultation was prepared and sent to your vide our letter No dated (Attachment 110 for review/ clearance which stand cleared as intimated vide your dated July 01, 2013 (Attachment 19.
