FUND DESCRIPTION The Sage ESG Intermediate Credit Index ETF tracks index of investment-grade, USDdenominated, intermediate-term bonds selected for ESG characteristics. FACTSET ANALYTICS INSIGHT is designed to provide US investment-grade, intermediate-term credit exposure with an ESG overlay. The fund selects from a universe of mostly US corporate debt with 1-10 years remaining in maturity, but also includes USDdenominated corporate, supranational, sovereign, and agency issues from outside the US. s advisors, Sage Advisory Services and Sustainalytics, created a rulesbased framework to assign an ESG score to each issuer in the fund s parent index. To be selected for s index, an issuer must meet a minimum ESG score threshold and place within the top third of its peer group. Additionally, each issuer is assigned an ESG Controversy Score; issuers must have a controversy score of 3 or lower (on a 5 point scale) to be included. Selected issues are weighted to provide the same industry sector and duration exposure as that of the parent index. s expense ratio is above average for an intermediate bond fund, but it faces little competition in the ESG-focused fixed income space.
