Alkatheri Founder/Managing Partner Mazen is the founder and managing partner at ATHMAN since inception and currently leading several financial advisory projects Previously, Mazen worked at Alawwal Capital and was responsible of establishing and managing real estate funds over SAR 700m of investments Mazen worked as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Kinan Real Estate Dev Co. in 2013 Also, he worked at Earnst & Young as an External Auditor for 3 years and for Deloitte as and Assistant for a year Mazen has worked on establishing a financial policy and procedures manual Mazen is a certified Business Valuation Professional from (TAQEEM) Mazen is a CFA (cratered financial analyst) level 2 candidate and a CMA ( Saudi Capital market authority) regulated Mazen holds a bachelor degree in Accounting (minor in Finance) from KFUPM Partner/ Independent Consultant Yaser works currently as a Business Development Director at Al-Saedan Real Estate Co., one of the biggest Real Estate companies in KSA, and member of its management committee. (a SEDCO subsidiary) one of the biggest conglomerates in the kingdom Prior to that, he worked with SWICORP (a multi-national investment banking firm) as an associate for 4 years He prepared various financial and economic studies, business plans and strategic papers for various projects in the education, healthcare and real-estates sectors.
