By placing an order the customer accepts the terms and conditions and the currently valid price list of BTL Services UG (hereinafter "contractor") for advertising contracts in the participants booklet of the Eisbeinessen The contract between client and contractor is concluded when the customer sends the signed media order to the contractor. In case of concerns, the contractor has this to contradict in writting within 3 days of receipt of the signed media contract. After this period the silence of the contractor shall be deemed acceptance of the terms of the media contract. 3. The contractor reserves the right to (partly) reject orders, if the content violates laws or official regulations or if the content was rejected by the German Advertising Council or in the case the publication is unacceptable for the contractor because of the content, origin, design or technical form. 4. The client is solely responsible for the timely delivery and flawless quality of suitable printing documents or other advertising material. When delivering printing documents the client is obliged to provide correct and appropriate templates and other promotional material until the deadline. The client has no aspire to the fulfillment in case the contractor hasn t received the printing documents until deadline. A refund will not occur. 5. The client guarantees that he has the necessary permissions for all advertisement(s) documents.the customer is solely responsible for the content and legal admissibility of the provided text and image documents and the advertising material supplied for the insertion. The client indemnifies the contractor free under the contract of any third party claims that may arise from the violation of legal provisions. Furthermore the client shall indemnify the contractor from all legal defense costs. 6. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply with the exception of the UN Law on International Sales (CISG). As exclusive venue for any dispute arising from this contract Hamburg is agreed; However, the contractor is entitled to sue at any other competent court. page 5 / 5
